Pre-School Kids Program This program is targeted towards young children who are either not enrolled in school, or involved in half day programs. Students in this program attend shorter classes (30 minutes) but have smaller class sizes so we can provide them with more personal attention. Much like children in our other programs, we establish a few core skills that are important for long term development. Students improve focus, confidence, basic physical skills and social skills. This is accomplished through attending 2-3 classes per week, along with completing monthly character projects our development psychologist works up to instill these traits into children.
School Age Children Our beginner’s children program is built for school age children and meets 7 days a week, with most student at-tending 2 or 3 times per week. A typical class is 40 minutes long and has two instructors in the room to provide the right experience for new students. Teens Program Our beginner’s martial arts program for teens is a great fit for students with a passion for the martial arts or just hoping to improve basic athleticism. Our teens class meets 5 days a week and last about an hour per session, and is open to students around 12 to 18 years of age.
Adults Program Our martial arts for adults program has classes 6 days a week, with most sessions lasting about an hour long. Our adult’s beginner program is built for students who are trying to balance work, a family and their personal health, but who want or need something more than a treadmill.
