A Staff Account allows your staff to spend with any Bartercard member nationwide and gives them full access to Bartercard Search and the online services. Staff Accounts are perfect when you want to load funds on a card on more than one occasion.
A Staff Account is an ideal opportunity for business owners who want to divide up personal and business spending, and are also great for staff incentives and bonus payments.

Expense Accounts
An Expense Account is linked to your main business account and allows you to set a monthly spending limit on a separate account. At the end of each month the balance on the Expense Account is automatically cleared by debiting your main account. This makes it ideal for the likes of sales reps and accounts teams.

Please note: The advance on trade dollar sales issued on an Expense Account is subject to credit approval and may require the adjustment of the main account limit.
Additional Cardholder
An Additional Card is a card on the main parent account. This allows the cardholder access to all of the funds for the business, enabling them to make purchases and accept sales.
The cardholder has full access to Bartercard Search and the online services.

Automatic Payments
An automatic payment for the same amount can be setup and processed either weekly, fortnightly or monthly between two members.
