Bash Grandeur Weddings & Events is a wedding planning & coordination boutique serving Cagayan de Oro City, Iligan City and the surrounding areas. Bash is comprised of full event service staff including certified floral designers, decor designers and event and wedding coordinators. We are passionate about creating extraordinary events - weddings, birthdays, themed parties, kid’s parties, debuts, showers and corporate events while providing our clientele a satisfying experience that you will treasure for a lifetime. We do our best to take your anxiety and worries away so you can enjoy your memorable event!

We locate all the special services and products for you to consider then take care of all bookings and confirmations and schedule all service providers for the wedding day. As your Wedding Planner, we use our extensive knowledge to find your dream venue and the very best services that you will be needing. Please note that we do not accept any commission from vendors or venues so we can recommend them based solely on our knowledge of their standards and their suitability to your needs, and that if we receive any discount it will be passed back directly to you, our clients. We can actually help you save money. And with a dedicated team of wedding coordinators, we ensure that your big day is a huge success, you can relax and enjoy the party in the knowledge that everything is being taken care of by experts.
Our Wedding Services Whether you are the Bride and Groom who have minute-to-minute timeline or you have no idea where to begin, Bash Grandeur Weddings & Events can help. We offer services ranging from full wedding planning to wedding day coordination, event design along with decor rentals and more.
Perfect Coordination All the planning has been done, let us assist and coordinate the final details to allow the bridal party to relax on the day of the wedding.

toasting flutes, cake serving set, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, aisle runner, etc.
Facilitate the wedding ceremony and execution
Properly line up processional & cue musicians
Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions
Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise
Create a comprehensive wedding time schedule for vendors and wedding party
Ensure gifts are secured by the designated person
*Perfect Coordination is charged on a flat fee basis. Our service fee is Php 9,500. Additional charge applies for weddings with more than 150 guests.
Perfecting Dream Many couples set out to plan their own wedding and once started realize that they would like some help in planning certain areas of their wedding. With this in mind, Bash Grandeur Weddings & Events has put together partial planning service that will allow the couple to choose which categories they would like help planning. These packages include vendor research, scheduling and attending vendor meetings, and review of contracts, as well the Day of Coordination. Wedding Planning At least 4—6 months of preparations and planning Face-to-Face Meeting to discuss who you are as individuals, as a couple and your vision of the wedding day Wedding Planning Management Budget development and assistance with keeping within the budget Ceremony Consultation and Guidance Discuss Wedding Program Discuss processional and recessional order Create a wedding day program and ensure all revisions/additions are noted prior to final print
Ceremony & Reception Event Design Discussions to assist with choosing innovative wedding colors, theme & style Discuss favor ideas and ensure they are assembled and placed correctly during the reception Retrieval of the following prior to the wedding weekend: guest book and pen, toasting flutes, cake serving set, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, aisle runner, etc. Event Professionals Provide recommendations for event professional including but not limited to: venues, photographer, videographer, caterer, disc jockey, band, Officiant, attire, transportation, lighting, florist, cake and many more A timeline will be forwarded at least one week in advance of event and follow-up via telephone 24-48 hours prior to the event Perfect Coordination We will be at least 2 hours before the ceremony until a time agreed with you, ensuring everything runs smoothly and any problems are dealt with, letting you get on to enjoy your special day. Confirm and Book Venue, vendors or suppliers
Advice on how to personalize your wedding and how to stay within your budget
Itemize charges and include all subcontracted professionals on one invoice
Contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize one week prior to the wedding
Maintain deposits and payments to all vendors and update invoice
Wedding Designing
Present design plan with creative and trendy alternatives will be presented for your review.
Discussions to assist with choosing innovative wedding colors, theme & style Provide creative ideas for invitation design and wording based on wedding vision Discuss favor ideas and ensure they are assembled and placed correctly during the reception Discuss design of all additional wedding day signage: menu cards, escort posters, place cards, table numbers, etc. Create Wedding floor plan and send it to vendors and caterers

Facilitate the wedding ceremony
Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
Ensure wedding day timeline is executed and that the MC is announcing the entertainment and special events in a timely manner

Return any personal or rented items to their owners

Our full service fee is Php 20,000. Additional charge applies for weddings with more than 150 guests.
E-Session Styling This service offers design and photo styling for the couple’s engagement shoot or bridal portrait session. Bash works directly with the couple and their photographer to create a theme as well compiles props for the shoot. Bash is able to personalize most shoots with hand-made items for an additional cost. Among other items, photo styling includes location scouting for photo shoot, design meeting and day-of set up. *E-session styling is charged depending on theme & setup, location and special request.
C o m pl i m e n t a r y I n i t i al M e e ti n g Whether you opt for the full or partial service, we offer you an initial consultation, free of charge at a time and location to suit you. During this first meeting we will discuss your requirements and talk about how you see your wedding day. We can take any ideas and plans you may have already and find a few ways to develop them. We will discuss how we can help you and what help you would like. Following this consultation and acceptance of our quote, we can then put together an initial wedding proposal, individually tailored to you.
