Conclusion/ Recommendations
In conclusion, the House Müller Gritsch project by AFGH use simple L shape cubic and materials to appears the building in the surrounding neighborhood. The modern shape of the building and the finishing materials used it is unusual to the neighborhood surrounded which plays a significant role to the building’s success. Finally, the House Müller Gritsch is a complete and ideal solution to the artists needs of open space and windows which let the sun light to enter the house in addition of having a skylight in the studio room to allow creativity of the artist to pop out. A recommendation which could be made would be to ameliorate the interior space in a way to let the artist’s residents feel more comfortable working and creating. Also, to give the interior a different type of view than the exterior by adding varied materials to the finishing and that will increase the curiosity of the passengers to find out the deference of the interior from the exterior. House Müller Gritsch is a fancy house comparing to the neighborhood surround it. The rustic design which would usually be found in a house surrounded by modest neighborhood do not exist here and are exchanged in a modern fancy design. This special house would not be the most efficient house in a city center as it looks to be belong to, although in this rustic neighborhood it contrasts the modest area in which it is situated.

Analysis: House MĂźller Gritsch is a relatively inexpensive house and the cost effective by the design. The cost is appropriately divided, with the most cost allocated to the spacious open kitchen, living room and studio room. Based on the location of the house and the use of it as an art studio and first home on the same time, the cost is suitably economical. Any minor modifications to the floor plan it would not affect the total cost dramatically for the overall of the house unless adding an exterior space to it. As an evaluation of the elements that makes the total cost of the house, House MĂźller Gritsch grand total is mostly related to the open space and its basically reasonable. The simplicity and clarity of the building structure/ shape may not affect the overall cost.
