would not acquiesce to her demands to stop. Bassnectar then put Jane Doe #1 on his lap and began stroking her hair and her shoulders and rubbed his hands all over her body. Seeing that Jane Doe #1 was upset, Bassnectar continued touching her and started kissing her in an effort to console her. Jane Doe #1 was seventeen at the time of the assault.
