Indoor Swim Lessons

Preschool Swim Lessons

Ages 3-5

Students must be 3 years of age and ready to enter the water without a parent. Participants will learn: water adjustment, water entry, front kick, breath control, prone glide, prone float, underwater exploration, back float and recovery, and combined stroke.

Lap Pool Lessons

Ages 6+

This class welcomes all students from beginners to those starting to independently swim the length of the pool freestyle. It is recommended for swimmers 6 years and up or those who are comfortable in the water without a parent.
