Fall Parade of Homes & Remodelers Showcase
The Fall Parade of Homes kicks off September 10. This season, we featured a newly introduced entry type for builders with floor plans that are ready to build on an open lot. These new ready-to-build entries give consumers a full look at the inventory options available for future builds and receive Parade of Homes directional signs to drive consumer traffic to an on- or off-site sales center.

This year, we launched the Parade of Homes First-Time Homebuyer $10K Giveaway to help more Minnesotans achieve their dream of homeownership by directly helping buyers with that critical down payment. We have a vision at Housing First Minnesota that all who wish to own a home in our state should have the opportunity to do so. We’re committed to providing the opportunity for homeownership for everyone, everywhere in our state. After a successful spring giveaway, we are excited to be back offering more down payment giveaways aligned with our fall tours. We ask you to join the movement to grow homeownership opportunities.
