First of all, I want to thank God for making this all possible. Also, I want to take this time to thank my parents for always standing behind me in whatever decisions I’ve made in life. Even though sometimes I may not have made the right decisions you have always stood behind me and gave me the freedom to live and learn, and this has made me much stronger and a better person from life lessons. Growing up I always saw how much you both sacrificed to give us a better life and the necessities to succeed in life. No amount of words can express how much love and appreciation I have for everything you have done for me and all your children. Too often we never get to tell our loved ones how we truly feel while they are here, so I felt that this was well overdue: Thank you to Gladstone and Maureen Batchelor. This publication represents something more than just photos and articles; “It’s A Way Of Life” and the name Batchelor stands for something special that we will not let demise. It’s funny how life can have its ups and downs, but it’s the way you get up when you’re down that shows the true character of an individual or a company. Never let your hard times put you in a place of no return, because God will never give you more than you can handle just have faith and it will be okay. The magazine has evolved since our first issue of Batchelor to new heights. Our motto “Quality is Priority”, complements our work ethic. We want to deliver to our readers and clients the best reading experience with every issue. We strive to become the voice of today’s generation covering topics relevant in today’s society from Fashion, Art, Politics, Entertainment, Sports, Love, and Modeling etc... We know that without the people’s voice a magazine is merely a book of pictures and words, but when there is a meaning behind what you are doing it will touch lives in a positive way. “You will never succeed if you fail to try” Never let anyone tell you something is impossible; as long as you believe and put forth the effort anything is possible. We love to hear your feedback/ideas, so send in your comments. Thanks for all the support. Regards,

You have a very distinctive look; where are you from? Stella Vidal: Cali, Colombia How did you get into the world of Real Estate? SV: I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 2002, and have delved into different aspects of it, including running a highly successful mortgage company from 2003 to 2008 until the Real Estate market came crumbling down. I am now a Licensed Real Estate professional enjoying selling properties in paradise, Miami. What is the market like in Miami right now? SV: It is unbelievable! There is a major condo boom, and its skyline is adorned with cranes, showing this major boost in our city and economy. There are approximately 45 new pre-construction projects that are scheduled to begin between 2014 and 2015, approximately 20,000 new units! It is a market largely of foreign buyers who are equipped to pay cash. To better illustrate, in the last year, over 50% of all closed sales in Miami Dade were cash, with an increase of 32.1% since 2012. And it is not stopping any time soon. The existing inventory (not pre-construction) is currently very low in the hottest areas, such as South Beach, Midtown, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Brickell; this is why the pre-construction market is so hot now. There are more buyers than residencies, and people are literally taking a number. It is the most exciting time in Real Estate that I’ve seen in years!
IDAL Photography by Andre Rowe Rest In Peace 1974 - 2014
Do you feel Miami will be the next Metropolis? SV: Absolutely! There are incredible changes coming to our city. One of the biggest and most talked about is the Resort World Miami, a 13.9 acre major development proposed for the Omni District of Downtown Miami by the Malaysian based Genting Group. The development will serve as a connecting point between the Adrienne
Arsht Center, Museum Park, and Margret Pace Park. This will open up the waterfront to the public. Shopping, entertainment, dining, and there has been talk of gambling as well. This one will certainly change the way Miami is viewed by the rest of the world! Do you think your master’s degree in Psychology; attributes to your success in closing deals? SV: Yes, I am trained to actively listen and handle high stress situations extremely well. Purchasing or selling a property can be highly stressful, so you want someone who is calm, professional, and always has the client’s best interest in mind.
BATCHELOR 10 / batchelormag.com
I have been able to de-escalate many situations and help bring resolution with a high degree of professionalism, while ensuring that my clients are happy. I treat every transaction as an investment toward a life-long relationship with my buyers and sellers. I enjoy a high referral percentage, which to me is the most sincere compliment. In your opinion do you feel being a beautiful woman is an advantage/disadvantage in the industry? SV: I believe that as long as you are professional, show respect, and represent your industry well, you can be green or red, or have three eyes. Trust is the most important element in a Real Estate transaction. You have to be able to trust your Realtor… On the other hand, if you are beautiful, there may be certain stigma attached to your looks. My husband believes that some women looking for a Realtor may not want a beautiful woman involved if they are in a relationship. To that I would say, “give me a chance, and I will help you love me.” When you judge me, you are doing yourself a disservice. You will not have the best Realtor in Miami at your service. Switching gears, how did your modeling career come about? SV: A few years ago when the Real Estate market came crashing down; I was forced to get creative and I scheduled my first photo-shoot. Let’s just say that I developed a passion for it because it is another creative outlet for (continued pg. 13)

me, but I don’t have as much time to spend on modeling. You’re in great shape how often do you work out? SV: Every day except Sundays When do you find time to get into the gym? SV: In the morning otherwise it won’t happen. We know that you do MMA and Kickboxing, so you can defend yourself pretty good huh? SV: Yeah, I’m a bad ass lol Have you had to use your training on anyone yet? SV: No, but I have visualized it happening more than once ha ha Tell us how you became the Captain of the Lingerie Football team. SV: There were open tryouts where hundreds of girls showed up. I had to prove athleticism and they also prioritize looks when choosing a team. Many people know you from your show Livin La Vida, how is that experience? SV: It’s awesome! I took an idea of a pilot, found a sponsor and now we are airing nationwide on TUFF TV and My Family Network in syndication. We will resume filming this summer. Like I said, my creative side is crazy hungry and I have to release it. Television has been a fabulous outlet and will probably do it as a hobby for a long time. Do you see yourself doing more TV spots or even trying your hand in acting? SV: Absolutely. I have been approached by two production companies to do a show about my Real Estate career and there are discussions going on right now. How would you describe your personality? SV: Energetic, fun, positive. I believe that
many of us don’t realize our potential. A few years ago is when everything started to flourish in my life. I refuse to put myself into society’s little hole, so instead I choose to live a fun and vibrant life afforded by a successful Real Estate career. Real Estate is what I do for a living. I love it! I am passionate about it, but it certainly doesn’t define me. Mostbeautifullist.com voted you 52; how did it feel? SV: PRETTY PROUD! JLo was #53 HA HA! I love her by the way. What other ventures are you working on? SV: Growing my business and becoming recognized as the most successful Real Estate Agent in Florida and the country. What inspired you to write your book 7 Intentions to a Happier You? SV: I’ve been able to deal with life’s ups and downs with an open heart, and have mastered the skill of learning from my mistakes. I also know that in the last 10 years our country and economy have gone through a lot. I know of many of my friends who had to re-create themselves after major losses in their careers and lives. I wrote the book as a simple handbook to learn how to be in a state of happiness despite what life may bring. It is about accessing your internal resources to find the answers. I incorporate simple psychological principals, along with how to take care of your body, your temple and spirituality to ensure eternal bliss. It can be purchased on: www.amazon. com and www.barnesandnoble.com It was a pleasure talking with you we look forward to seeing much more from you: SV: Thank you for the opportunity; I hope to hear from your readers!

2 Health Tips For A Healthy Diet he essential part of our everyday living is what we consume in our bodies. Food is something that we all must have to keep our body functioning in an optimal manner. The difference is what we consume so we will give you some tips to keep your body running at peak condition. If you drive a high end vehicle and only put premium gasoline in your automobile; why would you not do the same with your “temple” which is your body?
Source: MedicineNet.com
Tips bEat three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); it is important to remember that dinner does not have to be the largest meal. bThe bulk of food consumption should consist of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk products. bControl portion sizes; eat the smallest portion that can satisfy hunger and then stop eating. bPeople should avoid using grease or frying foods in grease. www.batchelormag.com
bChoose lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts (with emphasis on beans and nuts). bChoose foods that are low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars; look at the labels because the first listed items on the labels comprise the highest concentrations of ingredients. bAvoid eating a large meal before sleeping to decrease gastroesophageal reflux and weight gain.
bA vegetarian lifestyle has been promoted for a healthy lifestyle and weight loss; vegetarians should check with their physicians to be sure they are getting enough vitamins, minerals, and iron in their food. bPeople with unusual work schedules (night shifts, college students, and military) should try to adhere to a breakfast, lunch, and dinner routine with minimal snacking. bFor more tips and information visit our webpage below.

Billionaires Row William Benson The Man Behind the Brand We had the opportunity to get an exclusive one on one with Mr. Benson to discuss his Billionaires Row Brand and find out the concept behind the brand. “Billionaires Row is a global luxury brand, which design, develop, and market, luxury goods for the modern trend setting and affluent consumer, by infusing new cutting edge concepts and iconic fundamentals into every product experience.”
BATCHELOR 16 / batchelormag.com
W
hat inspired you to start your company? William Benson: What inspired be to start Billionaires Row, was the lack of dreamers, creativity, and passion that was around me. People were working two or three jobs and you could see it in their faces it was like they had already given up on life; they didn’t have a goal or dream. Most were just happy going to work just to survive pay bills and had no room for creativity which means there is no more to dream. They were hard working people, so I wanted to build something to inspire and empower them. Why do you feel your company is so successful; do you feel it’s your work ethic or passion to succeed? WB: It’s a little of both. My work ethic is crazy sometimes I ask myself what are you doing up at three to four in the morning, but I realize when building a brand there is no sleep. If Donald Trump or Bill Gates get that call at 4 a.m. and something is wrong they are up like myself. It doesn’t matter how much money you have that passion and drive is always going to let you create and re-create. What made you decide to get into the Alcohol business? WB: If you follow Money magazine or Forbes the Alcohol business is now a 1 Trillion dollar industry, so money is always a good motivation when you are trying to create and provide for your family and others. Just being in that lifestyle and being around people in that lifestyle. I went to Europe and saw some of the things going on and the different mindset. For me it was mostly the mindset; I was like it’s never been done before and I want to be the 1st to do it and break the barrier. That’s what happened it took years to do it but I did it. So do you consider the Billionaires Row Champagne has being a trend-setter and I believe you were mentioned in Forbes for your accomplishment? WB: Well the New York Times has always showed
me love; I have to shout out to Robert Caplan. He was the first celebrity photographer to shoot me and put me on the cover of the Metropolitan Art section of the Times twice. Everyone has their own ideology/story about my life, some people are going to write what they think, but for me being in this business you can become very successful if you do things the right way. How would you describe the taste of the champagne? WB: Let me give you a quick insight before the composition the full name is Champagne Cuvee Billionaires Row Brut Rose Grand Cru, Epernay France. Most people who are champagne drinkers know that’s Champagne France not to get it confused with Vesco or sparkling wines. It’s a very small group in France who control the vineyards and the government owns that word, so if your product is not produced there it cannot be called champagne or put champagne on your label. The Champagne Charles Mignon “Cuvée Billionaires Row” Brut Rosé Grand Cru is composed of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay for which we add 15% of Bouzy Rouge, a famous Pinot Noir in Bouzy village in the middle of Champagne. To obtain this fabulous Champagne, we select the Noblest grapes and aged in cellar from four to five years. How did the collaboration with the Charles Mignon family come about? WB: The Charles Mignon family is an amazing family; Charles Mignon is no longer with us but the vineyard is still up and running. My importer was very instrumental in us actually picking out products and developing & cultivating that product to our specific standards. Once we felt we got it to the point where the world would embrace it we went forward. What flavors are available at this time? WB: It’s a family of products; the first product we are releasing is the Brut Rose, which is everyone’s favorite thus far. Then we are going to follow that up with two other flavors. Right now we are going to focus on
\
17 BATCHELOR
the Brut Rose get everybody excited about the brand and then move into the other products and hopefully everyone will be excited about those as well. Do you see yourself going towards the Vodka market anytime soon? WB: Not right now the most important thing is to preserve the prestige of the champagne and the brand. Our champagne retail around the price point of $115! If you know your champagne it falls in the line with brands like Cristal and other high end champagnes. Not to say we won’t do that in the near future, but right now I’m focusing on building this brand, and making it an experience for people to enjoy around the world. Will the champagne be available at retail locations or mainly at high end venues? WB: It will be available at retail; the first retailer on South Beach to carry the product is Gulf Liquors on Alton Road. Gulf Liquors is a huge supporter of the champagne brand as well as Pearl Champagne Lounge South Beach. There will be many liquor stores that will carry the product within the destination. When you think of Billionaires Row you think of New York, Miami (South Beach), Beverly Hills, Hamptons, and Las Vegas. The product is available online right now as well; we don’t want to limit the consumers who want to enjoy the lifestyle and luxuries of a great champagne. You can get the champagne at billionairesrow.com and have it delivered to your door step overnight if you like. It doesn’t matter if you live in Kansas City or Alabama; you can order the product and enjoy the experience excellence. Before we wrap up is there anything else you wanted to mention about the champagne or Billionaires Row? WB: Billionaires Row is something different it gives people a different perspective about celebrating and aspiring to be great and wanting to associate themselves with something that stands for success. If you fall in those guidelines then this product is for you.

A
At what age did you decide that you wanted to become an artist? EMT: I was about 8 years old I loved to draw; I use to draw at the dinner table. I use to get comic books and try to draw the superheroes. Was Art something that was in your family or did you just pick it up from the comic books? EMT: My mom was an artist and when I had art projects she would help me out just a little; but it was definitely a gift something I was born with. What is your inspiration now for the Art that you’re doing? EMT: It’s weird because I don’t know how I got to where I am, but I’m drawing Architecture now more than ever. I just love the way architecture looks with the buildings and the space around the buildings. If you look at my work it has plenty of energy, it’s almost like it’s coming alive. Do you use a particular building when doing your paintings or is it something that you visualize in your mind? EMT: It’s important for me to find building that I like and draw it over and over again until I get the image I like. I love the realistic look of art, but I also like to make my drawing look like an illustration. I’ve been working for years to make my art look like a drawing and painting at the same time. I want to do something different. Do you feel your style separates you from other artist? EMT: I want to do something different that’s what makes artist unique to me when they can do something different. Your located in Brooklyn, NY; Do you see yourself doing an image of the Brooklyn Bridge? EMT: I probably will attempt that at some point but I’ve done plenty of subway drawings. There are so many unbelievable spaces down there, and for me it’s all about space and the challenge of drawing the perspective.
We know you have been drawing since a young age, but when did you actually know this was what you wanted to pursue full time? EMT: In high school I had a really good art teacher. My teenage years were very chaotic and difficult, but this one art teacher pulled me aside and said “look you are very talented and I think you can go to art school one day”. Even though it didn’t really register at that time; I still held on to what she told me. Sometimes people tell you things and you may not use it right then and there. If you were not doing art; what would you see yourself doing? EMT: I’m very intrigued with film; whether it’s infront of the camera as an actor or anything in television. Do you think film is something you would pursue in your spare time or if you stopped drawing? EMT: I would love to be in-front of a camera possibly doing TV commercials and things like that. You mentioned you were in a commercial when we spoke can you elaborate? EMT: It was for Sharpie markers they found my work online of all places and contacted me to do a TV commerical for them. I was able to do some voice overs, walk up and down the stairs, and draw on camera. It can be seen on www.nobodyslooking.com Do you feel you caught the acting bug after doing the commercial? EMT: I took a beginners course in acting while still in college. I definitely felt the connection even when I’m watching some of my favorite films I see beautiful shots like the sunset, different cities, or inside a home; that’s artistic to me. Back to your Art; We know your work has gotten plenty of acclaim in New York. How is that experience? EMT: I’ve garnered plenty of respect here in New York, I’ve been on numerous radio stations, newspapers, and The New York Magazine to list a few. Where can our readers go to view some of your artwork? EMT: My website needs to be updated but it’s enricomiguelthomas.net and if anyone wants to contact me my email is emtart@gmail.com. Thank you and it’s been a pleasure! If you are interested in getting your artwork published in Batchelor Magazine you can send us an email at: info@batchelormag.com

FERRARI 458
t
his is one of the sexiest cars on the road if not the sexiest. Ferrari has been known for their top of the line automobiles for decades, and nothing has changed over the years. The aerodynamic body structure makes it an eye candy on the road, and a woman magnet for ladies who love big engines and sex appeal. Talking about big engines the Ferrari can hit top speeds of up to 201 mph. Growing up as boys we all have dreams of owning one of these high performance automobiles. Whether it’s for the unique look or the high speed capability; this machine will fulfill both needs. It goes from 0 - 62 mph in just under 3.4 seconds, which is very impressive. There is a saying that men who drive these vehicles are compensating for lacking something, but if we all could afford to purchase it we would. The 458 is available in a coupe or open top. We don’t have to try to sell you on this vehicle, because in reality it sells itself. This automobile is perfect for the Batchelor lifestyle; two seats one for you and the other lucky person. If you are looking for a family car this is not for you. This vehicle will give you the freedom to explore the highway in ways you can only imagine. Drive Safely!

ow are you feeling today? Camille McDonald: I’m feeling great thank you, life is grand! What age did you start modeling? CM: I started modeling around 14. Do you feel this is something that comes naturally to you? CM: Yes, modeling comes naturally to me because it’s something I have always
wanted to do. But the word “modeling” is subjective it changes by the second; one should never assume what they are doing doesn’t need professional guidance and instruction. Who were some of the models you saw coming up; you wanted to emulate? CM: Naomi Campbell, she was one of six models of her generation declared “supermodels” by the fashion world. I LIVE for this woman she is Fierceness magnified! Naomi is of Afro-Jamaican from Chinese decent. Like me we share the Afro-Jamaican heritage so I totally identify with her. Naomi’s walk is “sick” she “kills” it every

time. She exudes confidence and power I love how she owns what she does and says with no apologies. Linda Evangelista, a Canadian model who has been featured on over 600 magazine covers. She coined the phrase “We don’t wake up for less than $10,000 a day.” She is a chameleon; she can wear any hair color and be radiant. I identify with her because I to can wear any hair color and strive for those ever changing facial expressions! Beverly Johnson she made history when she rose to fame as the first black model to appear on the cover of American Vogue on the cover of American Vogue in August 1974. I love her because she is a business woman first; she helped opened the industry for women of color. She has class and sophistication just “iconic” yes that’s the word that comes to mind. Tyra Banks a television personality, producer, author, actress, and former model. She first became famous as a model, appearing twice on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and working for Victoria’s Secret as one of their original Angels. Banks is the creator and host of theUPN/ The CW reality television show America’s Next Top Model, co-creator of True Beauty, and was the host of her own talk show, The Tyra Banks Show. I am grateful for her decision to have me on two of her TV shows. She sees potential in me and that in its self is amazing. All of the above women came in this industry before me and are still more relevant if not more powerful today than ever. So the future is extremely bright for me with such mentors. How did you get the signature walk moniker? CM: The “signature walk” was developed at Howard University! If you know anything about HBCU’s Howard takes the cake for beautiful women and fashion. My university’s fashion shows are one on a colossal level like NY Fashion week! It’s one of the only schools that potential models from other places come on campus to audition! The audience is filled with A-listers and the

stage with high fashion and budding student designers. Auditioning and being beautiful does not secure you a spot in this amazing show that takes place during Howard’s Homecoming where over 100-thousand people and growing attend. When my audition came I said a prayer as I always do before my foot hits any runway. I opened my brown eyes and said what makes me different from all the other glamazon’s around me wanting the same opportunity? At that moment it dawned on me. Yessss I have a “signature walk” no one can walk like me... well ok Naomi ok well not like me lol! So as soon as I turned that corner from back stage I “served it” My “signature walk” was born! I embodied Naomi’s kick ass confidence, Linda’s undeniable facial expressions, Beverly’s business women strength and Tyra’s team spirit coupled with my personal feistiness. Yup it was over I got the job!! So how has life been since America’s Next Top Model? CM: Life after ANTM has been great I traveled the world got an agency in Milan and NY. Finished my higher education. Graced several magazine covers! Had hair and make-up campaigns...
Many people felt you were a diva on the show; is that an accurate assumption? CM: “Na Na Na a DIVA is a version of a female hustler. Your still in amazing shape. What is your secret? CM: I do everything from TRX, Kettle Bells, Cross FIT, Yoga, Palates, Swim, Run with my dog Charmer, Boxing to keep in shape. It’s all about muscle tone for me so I like weights. You can see some of my work out videos on line with my trainer Brandon Carter. Do you consider yourself a role model for younger girls; who look up to you? CM: Yes, I am a role model that’s why I chose my jobs accordingly. It’s tough out here for these young girls they are bombarded by overly explicit sexuality that it distracts them from the art and integrity of the work. In Europe you see more nudity in fashion but it’s just tastefully done. The fact is sex sells so you put it out in the universe but once you have the attention of the youth use is to direct and guide to be better ladies and women. As Steve Harvey said “we are not here for the sex trade”

I do enjoy cooking, entertaining friends and family, exploring city museums and painting. How do you handle it when you’re out relaxing and people approach you? CM: I love it! It’s flattering! As long as they don’t try to cuss me out for being a diva lol! What are some of your biggest turnoffs? CM: In terms of the industry “The casting coach” Men in positions of power who try to solicit your models for sex or sexual favors. Making them believe they have to do that to be successful or get the job. Unfortunately it’s real. That’s why professional representation is important. Research reputable agencies before you make your decision. Would you rather go out to dinner or stay home and cook a meal? CM: I would season up my food for the next day letting all the flavors soak overnight and go out to dinner that night (smiling) I want it all!!! What is your favorite meal to prepare?

Batchelor Advice on love, sex, and relationships
q My friend has a beautiful girlfriend and they get
along fine, but I can’t help myself from looking at her. I know that it is wrong but I think she might want me as well. What should I do?
A First thing, you never want to ruin a good friendship over a woman. Furthermore, if you guys are good friends there are certain lines you don’t cross, and that’s one of them. Love can drive people to do crazy things; besides if she decides to leave your friend for you, who is to say she won’t do the same thing to you. q I have two girls that I am involved with and they
are both very different. I guess that’s what attracts me to them; one is out going and willing to do whatever to please me in the bedroom, and the other girl is very sweet and loving but she is more reserved and innocent and I think I like her a little more because I feel I can trust her more. This is a tough decision for me, I don’t know which would be the best outcome.
A Playing with women emotions can be very deadly,
so be careful because there is no scorn like a woman’s scorn. You run the risk of getting caught right now and losing them both, so you must decide what is most important to you having a good girl you can trust or a naughty girl who will please you in the bedroom. Either way you must choose one unless you can get them both to live with you; then you could have your cake and eat it too.
so be careful because there is no scorn like a woman’s scorn.
q My girlfriend keeps accusing me of cheating on her
when I have been completely faithful. If I go out with my boys or don’t answer my phone she automatically thinks I’m with another woman. It drives me crazy that she does not trust me, and I have not done anything for her not to trust me. What can I do to prove to her that I love her and I’m not cheating on her?
A That will be a tough task! Trying to convince a wom-
an you are not cheating is almost impossible if she already has that preconceived thought in her head; trying to change her mind will be like pulling teeth before it’s ready to come out. If you are being faithful and she does not trust you. You can take her out and show her your love and appreciation to be with her. If that still does not work then you might have to move on and find someone else who will be able to trust you, because without trust no relationship is going to work. If you choose to stay with her you may have to get a family locator, so she can monitor your every move.
q Hello, I was in a relationship for 4 years and now I’m single again; but it’s been so long since I’ve dated, I guess I’ve forgotten the rules of dating. I met a guy that I really like, but I’m scared of getting hurt again so I’m real cautious and won’t let my guard down. Do you think if I’m too cautious or hesitant that I will scare him away? I think I’m over my ex-boyfriend but he will always have a piece of my heart, so what do I do?
A Well love is not something that you can predict; it’s
a feeling that has to be mutual between two people. It sounds like you are still in love with your ex-boyfriend, and before you can move forward you have to close that chapter, because you will never truly be able to love whoever you are with all your heart. You can’t live your life basing everything on your past or you will never move forward; love, learn, and live your life. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity holding on to the past.

A If you truly like this person the best thing to do is let her know your true feelings; plenty of opportunities are missed because we are scared of rejection. If she doesn’t feel the same at least you will know and won’t waste your time wondering.
.....................................................................................................................................................................................
q I have a dilemma I really like this girl, but I don’t know if she feels the same way I do. Do you think I should let her know how I feel or should I wait for her to approach me?
“
{
“Playing with women emotions can be very deadly,
q Hi, I’m a single mother and my son is only 3 years
old; I’m scared to bring other men around him because I don’t want him to be exposed to different men in his life. I’m not saying all men are this way, but most men when they find out that you have a child they only want you for one thing; but they don’t want anything serious. I don’t expect anyone to be his father after a few months, but if I want to be with someone they have to love me and my child because it’s a package deal. Because of this situation I’ve been lonely now for a while; I put my child first and I know he is the love of my life. However, I really want someone to be with romantically and spiritually. I thought I found love and was ready to settle down and have a family, but he didn’t feel the same. How long should I wait before I start dating again or having men come around my child?
A This is sensitive subject because a child is involved;
you always want to put your child first because you can always find another man. It will be difficult at first but you’ll be surprised how many good men are out there that will love you and your son the same way; you have to screen them carefully to make sure that the person you are with feels the same before you bring your child around him; because you don’t want to bring too many men in and out of his life. The older your son gets it will be harder to bring a new men into his life, because he will be in that rebellion stage that will make him less likely to accept a man in his life that’s not his dad. You have needs as well, so you have to try and find a way to balance your love life, as well as being a mom; which is why we respect women so much because of the things you have to go through it’s priceless. No matter what men say “you are the strongest beings” Keep your head up and you will find true love, just don’t settle for anything less than what you deserve.
q My girl keeps pressuring me to have her move in with me, but I’m not sure if I’m ready to give up my Bachelor Pad. How can I say no without her being mad? A If you don’t feel ready for that step then more than likely it won’t work , so just let her know that you don’t feel living together will be the best step for the relationship right now. It’s better to have that discussion now before she moves in and you guys have more serious problems.
