How to contact us? If you would like to make an appointment to see a member of the Information and Advice Team please complete the reply slip and return it to your Children’s Centre. Alternatively you can telephone the Family Information Service on 0800 0731214/01225 395343 or 07980 998906 and they will arrange for the Information & Advice Officer to contact you.
As your child gets older you may be faced with all sorts of unfamiliar problems and issues. If you are unsure where to look for information call the Family Information Service. We will endeavour to respond promptly to enquiries and if we are unable to help we will put in touch with people who can. Who are we? The Information & Advice Service is part of the Family Information Service and provides individual appointments at a Children’s Centre in your area. There are also drop-in sessions in some Children’s Centres and visits to existing groups. You can contact the service direct or ask your Health Visitor or Children’s Centre Worker to do it for you.
