We are here to support our members and our training partners, so they can in turn be responsive to the changing needs of their workforce,” said Alliance Safety Council President and CEO Kathy Trahan. The Design Thinking lab is helmed by Alliance Innovation Consultant and Design Thinking Specialist Johnny Saye, who has helped world-renowned brands such as IBM successfully launch new technology services. Whiteboards line the walls of the Design Thinking lab, which offers multiple seating arrangements to easily accommodate the team’s needs.
