PARTNER, BLUEPRINT PARTNERS ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER, THE LEADERSHIP LUNCH CLUB BOARD MEMBER, THE PATHFINDER SCHOOL

You are a partner at Blueprint Partners. Tell us about your work. After years of fascinating banking experience, including roles as President, CFO, and VP of Strategic Planning, there was another career opportunity I still wished to pursue. I wanted to take my broad experience and share it with others to help them secure financial stability and growth while they created and lived their best lives. In January 2021, I became a partner and investment advisor at Blueprint Partners. I am committed to protecting families and businesses by securing their legacies for future generations.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? Working with clients and their families. I love to hear their stories. Many have become lifelong friends. When you enjoy who you are working for, the job becomes that much more important, and so much more fun!

You and your husband Steve have two grown sons. Tell us about them. Drew and Max. Drew is a software developer in Washington, DC and is engaged to be married next year. Max is in digital advertising in New York. Our hope is that they will move and raise families here, but they haven’t started down that path yet. In due time! What three words best describe you? Service-oriented, conscientious, and curious. I have always been active in several organizations at a time and am especially passionate about children. I have been a “Big Sister” for the same “Little Sister” for 10 years, with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. I make every effort to do the right things and to do them well. I am always eager to learn and to think in new ways.

Tell us something that would surprise us about you. I was in a ping pong league many years ago and won a few trophies. I could beat almost all the men and women on my college campus. I still play ping pong occasionally, but my skill seems to be diminishing—so no challenges!

What is one thing you hope to check off on your bucket list? I always wanted to write a book and/or screen play but I still haven’t done that yet. I have formulated the story line though so there is still hope.
