Baylor Nation: While Baylor Nation is tremendously proud of the academic and athletic accomplishments of our student-athletes, coaches and staff, the continued generosity of our more than 3,600 loyal Bear Foundation members has helped pave the way for many of our championship moments, and, for that, we say THANK YOU! The Year of the Bear provided many memorable moments in 2011-12, and while we are enjoying another outstanding year, we believe all of our programs are poised for continued success. The 2013-14 academic year will, of course, mark our final football season at Floyd Casey Stadium, and it is our desire to make the Bears last season there a memorable one. We are also hard at work to ensure a smooth transition to the new Baylor Stadium when the gates open in the fall 2014. The information on the following pages will outline not only Bear Foundation membership benefits for the upcoming 2013-14 academic year, but many of our transition plans to Baylor Stadium in 2014. Please take time to review the material and direct any questions to the Bear Foundation staff. Our goal is to make the transition experience positive for all of our faithful fans! Thank you again for your continued support of the Bear Foundation, and investing in the academic and athletic accomplishments of our student-athletes! You are making a difference!

New Baylor Stadium Seating Plan As we transition from Floyd Casey Stadium to the new Baylor Stadium in 2014, the Athletic Department is working hard to effectively communicate our seating plans to you, our most loyal fans. Premium seating at Baylor Stadium will be handled in two stages, the Campaign Phase and the Baylor Stadium Seating Plan. Campaign Phase seats are limited to Baylor Stadium’s suites, loge boxes and Bear Heights club seats. The Campaign Phase, which supports the stadium project’s capital expenses with a “Campaign Gift” that will accompany the purchase of premium seats in Baylor Stadium’s suites, loges and Bear Heights Club seats, is underway and will close in the fall of 2013. In addition to annual BBF commitments, seats selected in the Campaign Phase also carry a one-time, fully tax-deductible donation with minimum levels for each respective area. Baylor Stadium Seating Plan: The remaining approximately 7,500 premium seats, including any Bear Heights Club seats not selected during the Campaign Phase, will be made available via the Bear Foundation Priority Ranking System established by 2013-14 Bear Foundation membership levels. All premium seats selected through the Baylor Stadium Seating Plan will carry Bear Foundation annual seat option requirements but will not include an additional “Campaign Gift.” In February and March of 2014, BBF members who have requested premium seats in the new stadium will participate in the 2014 Baylor Stadium Seating Plan. Full details on the Seating Plan will be communicated at the conclusion of 2013. Additional Policies/Procedures: • 2013-14 BBF members purchasing season tickets in 2013 will have the opportunity to select the same number of season tickets in 2014 during their Baylor Stadium Seating Plan selection time. Season ticket limits will be established by total 2013 tickets owned (regardless if they are premium or non-premium seats). o Example: Donor Bobby Bear owns 2 premium seats in 2013 but wants to purchase 4 in 2014. Bobby needs to purchase 2 additional tickets (either premium or non-premium) in 2013. With this, he would then be able to purchase 4 premium tickets in 2014 (in any available stadium location). • The Baylor Stadium Seating Plan will occur with the support of Ballena software, successfully utilized recently by numerous other Bowl Championship Series institutions including TCU, Virginia and Kansas State. This technology will allow our donors the opportunity to watch the selection process in real time. Those requesting tickets will be given the option to select their seats online, in person at the Simpson Center with the assistance of a Bear Foundation representative or over the phone. • Ballena is currently in the development phase of an interactive 3D map that will allow virtual views of Baylor Stadium from all seating locations. The virtual Baylor Stadium is projected to be live later this summer. • Those BBF members who chose to participate in the Baylor Stadium Seating Plan will automatically renew their 2013-14 BBF membership amount for 2014-15. As consistent with current BBF policy, membership levels used to establish reseating Priority Rankings must be maintained at a minimum to continue to receive the tickets selected during the process. Membership levels can always be increased to cover additional seat options or at the Members discretion, but levels may not be decreased unless the Member elects to forfeit their premium seat location. • PARKING & TAILGATING: Location details on parking & tailgating lots are still being developed, however, there will be approximately 2,500 paved on-site parking spots at the new stadium (which is equal or greater to that at Floyd Casey). Additionally, reserved parking lots will be located along University Parks Drive as a benefit for Bear Foundation Members. Parking & Tailgating benefits at Baylor Stadium will be based on 2014-15 Bear Foundation giving levels.

2013-14 Baylor Bear Foundation Membership Brochure JOIN the Bear Foundation for 2013-14 (at the highest level possible) PURCHASE football season tickets for 2013-14 (as many as you wish to have in 2014)

Action Steps

Join the Baylor Bear Foundation for 2013-14 - Your renewal or new membership form can be found inside the front cover of this book. o For Renewals: The amount shown is either the necessary donation to maintain all current season tickets held or your donation given in 2012-13. o For New Members: An outline of benefits can be found on page 12. The Bear Foundation Priority Ranking System will be used to establish selection priority for the Baylor Stadium Seating Plan based on 2013-14 BBF donors as of Nov. 22, 2013, thus the 2013-14 BBF donation will be paramount in determining future seating locations. To improve their selection position, donors may increase their 2013-14 BBF contribution anytime during the year until Nov. 22, 2013. Visit BaylorBearFoundation.com for updated monthly information throughout the year showing the number of BBF members at each giving level and the season ticket numbers they potentially occupy.

Purchase Season Tickets - Season ticket limits for the 2014 football season will be based on 2013 thus BBF members are encouraged to purchase additional tickets in 2013, if they wish to have that same number in 2014. - Bear Foundation members will be guaranteed the ability to purchase the same number of season tickets in 2014, however, access to premium seats will be based on availability and will require payment of the respective seat option minimums. - 2013 Football ticket renewals will be available in mid-March with new ticket requests also being open to BBF members at this time. BBF members wishing to upgrade or add additional premium tickets for the 2013 season must submit this request in writing/online during the purchase period. Upgrades, which will be made in June 2013, will be based on the donor’s 2013-14 BBF Priority Ranking as of May 31, 2013. Premium availability at Floyd Casey Stadium will be limited, as 98.6% of all premium seats in 2012 were sold via season tickets.

Additional ways to support… Campaign Gift Phase Please follow Baylor-Stadium.com and your Baylor Bear Foundation email for comprehensive information on premium seat opportunities in Baylor Stadium’s Bear Heights Club via the Campaign Gift Phase. Seats selected in the Campaign Gift Phase will have priority in location selection.

Stadium Bricks Show your support with a gift to the Baylor Stadium Bricks campaign. In appreciation for your gift, Baylor will install a brick engraved with your personalized message at the new stadium as a tangible expression of the support and dedication of Baylor Nation. Brick costs range from $175 to $1,250. For more information or to purchase a brick visit: www.baylor.edu/stadiumbricks or call 1-855-BEAR-FAN (1-855-232-7326).*

*Please note purchase of bricks do not count toward BBF membership.

2013-14 Baylor Bear Foundation Membership Brochure

Frequently Asked Questions BEAR FOUNDATION GENERAL QUESTIONS How will my 2013-14 BBF donation impact my selection of seats at Baylor Stadium? • The Baylor Stadium Seating Process will be determined based on the BBF Priority Rankings System as of Nov. 22, 2013. We are using the 2013-14 rankings to reward our loyal donors who are with us in the year prior to the stadium opening.

When are ticket payment and Bear Foundation payments due? • Full payment or a payment plan must be established for both season tickets and BBF donations prior to receiving tickets. 2013-14 BBF commitments must be paid in full prior to any season tickets being mailed in 2014. Those selecting seats during the Baylor Stadium Seating Process will have their 2013-14 BBF membership levels automatically renewed at the same level in 2014-15 prior to their selection and be responsible for additional seat options based on their 2014 seat selections, if necessary.

How do I determine what my 2013-14 giving level should be if I don’t know the seat option costs in the new stadium? • Your 2013-14 BBF donation must cover your 2013-14 seat options for football and basketball and to establish ranking for selection of seats in 2014. Your 2013-14 BBF donation level can be increased in 2014-15 to cover additional seat options if needed. Since 2013-14 giving levels will be used to establish the ranking process, we encourage you to increase your giving at a level that will maximize your opportunity for the best seats possible.

Are there other changes to the Bear Foundation options and benefits in 2013-14? • Yes, access to the Galloway Suite during football games has increased from $1,500 to $3,000. Access to the Bear Zone still remains at $750 or greater. Seat options at the Ferrell Center will remain the same with the lone exception being an increase on Championship Row. In addition, section 119 in the Ferrell Center will no longer be classified as a premium section so season ticket holders wishing to remain in that section will not have a seat option associated with their ticket.

How can I learn more about where my Bear Foundation ranking falls? • Page 5 in this brochure outlines the BBF membership totals by level and the number of tickets allocated currently to these members. This chart will be updated on a monthly basis at BaylorBearFoundation.com

Can I purchase additional premium seats in 2013 at Floyd Casey Stadium? • You may request additional premium seats, however with attrition, it is anticipated that availability will be low. Allocation of premium seats will be very limited and will be based on the BBF Priority Rankings System.

10

2013-14 Baylor Bear Foundation Membership Brochure

BAYLOR STADIUM SEATING PLAN How and when will the Baylor Stadium Seating Process work? • BBF members will be ranked via the Bear Foundation Priority Ranking system and in Feb./March of 2014 will be given the opportunity to participate in the Baylor Stadium Seating Process. Donors will be able to personally select seats online, over the phone or in-person at the Simpson Center with the assistance of a BBF representative. Additional information on the Baylor Stadium Seating Process will be provided later this year including specific dates and procedures.

Can I increase my membership level during the year to improve my selection position for my seats? • Yes, you can increase your 2013-14 membership level at any point up till Nov. 22, 2013. Priority ranking for the 2014 Baylor Stadium Seating Process will be based on giving levels on this date.

What are the limits on ticket selection amounts that can be chosen during the reseating? • Members will be limited to the number of tickets they purchased in 2013 at Floyd Casey Stadium (premium and non-premium). Example: If a donor has 4 premium seats and 4 non-premium seats at Floyd Casey they may select up to 8 seats during their selection window for any seats available at the time of their selection. Donor will be responsible to satisfy seat option requirements for their selected seats with their 2014-15 BBF membership. Additional tickets can be purchased at the conclusion of the Seating Process. Tickets purchased in the suites and loges do not count against individual limit totals.

When will the Baylor Stadium seating process occur? • The Baylor Stadium Seating Process is scheduled to occur in February and March of 2014. BBF members will be contacted at the conclusion of the 2013 football season with additional details and information prior to the process beginning.

What if the seats I select during the Baylor Stadium Seating Process exceed my 2013-14 BBF donation level? • Donors can potentially select tickets with seat options that exceed their 2013-14 BBF giving level. This increase will be reflected in the donor’s minimum BBF donation amounts for the 2014-15 year. Donors will not have to pay the additional amount in 2013-14.

Can Bear Foundation members select non-premium seats during their seat selection? • Yes. BBF members will be able to select all of their allotted tickets during their respective selection times and will have the option to choose at their discretion the breakdown between premium and non-premium seats, so as long as they meet the minimum BBF seat option requirements with their 2014-15 giving level.

How much will tickets and seat options be in the new stadium? • Exact amounts are being finalized and will be released later in 2013, however, we are committed to keep ticket prices as well as BBF seat options at comparable levels as 2013 prices.

When can I find out more about parking benefits and tailgating opportunities at the new stadium? • Architects and traffic consultants are determining placement of the reserved parking spaces. Parking benefits and tailgating opportunities will be based on 2014-15 membership levels and will be announced later this year or early in 2014.
