PURPOSE The purpose of the Contractor & Subcontractor Daily ROW Inspection Checklist is for the traveling party to stay on the approved access route and ROW and not to affect oyster leases. The Contractor & Subcontractor Daily ROW Inspection Checklist is for the Gator Express Pipeline Project. The Contractor & Subcontractor Daily ROW Inspection Checklist must be completed once a day by the contractor and subcontractor on the project if you travel on the ROW, E.g., in a vessel, or boat, tug, dredge, barge, etc. If a Venture Global inspector is in the area, they must approve and sign the checklist. If a Venture Global inspector is not in the area, the subcontractor or contractor can still complete the checklist. The inspection may include but is not limited to the following, potential safety hazards, environmental concerns, noncompliance concerns with the project permits, etc. If deficiencies are found during the daily inspection, it will be noted in the comment section of the checklist and resolved if applicable to the project requirements.

Objective The objective of this checklist is to protect oysters, clams, mussels, or other mollusks so that their productivity is preserved and the health of human consumers of these species is protected and to make sure contractors and subcontractors travel on the approved access route and ROW. If you get off the access route or approved ROW, stop immediately. Get back on the access route or ROW and contact your supervisor and Sunland representative to notify the inspection staff and Venture Global. Reference Exhibit 1 for the Gator Express Color Scheme for cane poles and flagging for the approved access routes and ROW for the project. Use Exhibit 2 through 5 to reference where the oyster leases are located, the approved access routes, and the ROW.

SCOPE The Contractor & Subcontractor Daily ROW Inspection Checklist applies to Sunland Construction Inc. employees and subcontractors to eliminate potential safety hazards, environmental concerns, and non-compliance concerns with Gator Express Pipeline Project permits. This checklist applies to the marsh and open water areas for the project when traveling near oyster leases along the approved access route or ROW.
