Dane Lumsden/Courtney Pilot Hamilton Campers will discover all aspects of the game including technical skill development, tactical play, and teamwork. Each athlete will have the opportunity to develop their skills through individual instruction, group instruction, and game-like experience.
Boys Soccer Camp $135 May 23-26 | 3-5 PM | Grades 1-6
Jamie Ferguson/Sam Miller This camp will give any level soccer player the opportunity to enjoy the sport while developing individual and team skills. The camp stresses the love of the game and concentrates on fundamental soccer skills.
Girls Basketball Camp $135

Brittany Davidson Girls will learn fundamental basketball skills with emphasis on teamwork, fun, and good sportsmanship. Passing, dribbling, shooting, and development of skills with free throws, lay-ups, starts, stops, turns, and the “gun” will be emphasized during the camp.

Ralph Watson This camp will emphasize fundamental skills of footwork, ball-handling, shooting, passing, finishing moves, rebounding, and dribbling as well as proper team defense techniques for 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 games.
Boys Indoor Soccer Camp $100 June 6-9 | 9-11 AM | Grades 3-6
Jamie Ferguson/Sam Miller Camp will consist of small sided 4v4 Futsal games. Futsal develops individual player proficiency while promoting teamwork as players work together to solve problems.

Sam Miller Players will be learning individual skill moves each night and have the opportunity to use those skills in a 3-on-3 game format during 2 officiated games each evening. Emphasis will be placed on fostering players’ love for basketball while encouraging team work, good sportsmanship, and healthy habits.
Track & Field: Outdoor Throwing Camp $60 June 7 & 8 | 9-11 AM | Grades 3-6
Joe Swagart Bayside’s Outdoor Throwing Camp will focus on drills and opportunities with shot put, discus, and turbo javelin. All implement weights will be for youth boys and girls.
Baseball Camp $135
June 13-16 | 9 AM-12 PM | Grades 3-6
Matt Limbaugh The camp will focus on all aspects of the game. Staff will emphasize fundamentals of hitting, fielding, base running and throwing. Campers will have opportunities to use their new skills in games during camp and will be taught drills and techniques they can practice and use on their own.

Phil Lazenby Campers will work different positions that hone in on skills needed based off the position at grade level. Players will test their footwork, route running, speed, and QB challenges as well as offensive and defensive schemes.

Joe Swagart Bayside’s Outdoor Jumping Camp for boys and girls will focus on drills and opportunities with long jump, triple jump, and high jump.

Ann Schilling Campers will learn fundamental volleyball skills such as proper serving, passing, setting, and hitting techniques. Offensive and defensive strategies are also introduced. Sessions feature age appropriate instruction for all.

Zoe Lombard-Todd Dancers will stretch and strengthen in ballet and jazz classes. There will also be craft time to make a prop to use with their dances. Dancers can wear any dance attire. Campers will present an informal performance on the last day of camp.
Jewelry Making $210

Kristy Johnson-Snell Young photographers will be immersed in the exciting and creative world of photography while learning the skills to bring their own artistic vision to life. Focusing on composition, exposure control and the fundamentals of light, this camp will give campers a jump start into the medium of photography while allowing them the opportunity to take the time to “see” the world around them. Lesley Richards This camp will help students understand the vocal and acting elements essential to successful musical theatre both comedic and dramatic, as well as sharing audition tips for shows and competitions. Campers will learn several musical theatre blockbusters to perform in a showcase on the final day of camp.

Lesley Richards For campers who want to learn how to make theatre magic! In this “backstage” theatre camp, we will explore set painting techniques, prop food making, costume rendering, and more! Theatre Intensive $320

Lesley Richards Campers attending this two-week intensive camp will work on the finer points of performing through learning a monologue, a scene, and a play. We will explore different styles of acting and work on both comedic and dramatic pieces. There will be a showcase performance on the final day of camp.

Ceil Striplin, Gulf Coast Young Engineers Campers will learn many fun physical science and engineering facts while making a different robotic model each day. Various activities and art projects that coordinate with the lessons will also be a part of the camp experience.

Emily Nelson Campers will participate in an immersive experience exploring different cultures and countries around the world. Children will take a journey through various countries around the world exploring foods, customs, events and famous landmarks. Students will keep a log of their travels in a personalized passport and take home souvenirs collected during their journey.

Cindy Robles Learn how to program LEGO WEDO 2.0 robots in a fun, collaborative setting.
Space Camp $210

Cindy Robles Campers will explore our solar system as they build and launch rockets and satellites. They will also train like an astronaut and earn official space training certification!
Chess Camp $220/$320

Alanna Katz & Associates Campers will have the opportunity to improve their chess skills. Beginners welcome. Participants will be divided by skill level. We will focus on preparing students for tournament competition.
Math Prep Camp $225

Aymie Warner This camp is an opportunity for students to increase their math skills in preparation for the coming year. The session will jump-start the brain and shake off the summer slump!

Mark Lasseter/Sam Leffard Driving time will be held be held Monday-Friday as required by the course. Efforts will be made to accommodate student daily schedules when designating driving times. There will be 2½ hours of written homework during the week and a written test on Tuesday. Students should feel free to bring a snack and drink.

Scott Johnston Camp Bayside offers campers the opportunity to explore, create, play, and discover! Campers immerse themselves in summer fun while exploring the world around them. Counselors provide an engaging and safe learning environment for the campers to enjoy while they participate in fun activities. Camp Bayside allows campers to make new friends, strengthen both minds and bodies in a fun environment. The fee is all inclusive with lunch, a camp shirt, and weekly field trips. There is a non-refundable $75 registration fee.

Our young Admirals will gather in a safe and nurturing environment designed to help them develop socially while they participate in a wide variety of play based activities. Children will explore their environment and have opportunities to follow their natural curiosity as the express themselves in many creative ways. There is a $75 non-refundable registration fee for each camper. *Bayside Day Camp will be closed July 4-8.

School will begin before we know it! The following grade level camps led by Lower School teachers will give campers an opportunity to gather with old and new Admiral friends while they explore, investigate and create together!

Registration is available online only and will open Tuesday, February 15 to Bayside Academy students and Monday, March 7 to the general public. Registration grade indicates the camper’s grade for the 2022-2023 school year. Please check online for program minimums and maximums as well as other program details.
