T-Opto, a Toyota Tsusho brand, was established in 2008 to develop and market LED packages and LED modules for the general illumination market. Our product portfolio includes LED packages, modules, retrofit bulbs, and power supplies.

Lighting Module 10W 120V Flex-Module Replaces 65W incandescent or 15W fluorescent lamps. Thoroughly tested and validated thermally, optically and electrically, the 10W Flex-Module is T-Opto® ’s cost-effective LED solution for a variety of lighting fixtures. n The 120V module consists of an integrated light source and power supply. The module’s diecast aluminum housing functions as a heat sink for cool operation. Rated for interior and damp location use, modules are dimmable with a TRIAC dimmer. n Designed for fast, trouble-free installation, the module attaches with one of several standard fixture mounting options. Modules may be ordered pre-wired or supplied with an accessible wiring compartment. Also available with medium screw base and GU24 base. n Intematix ® Remote Phosphor patented lighting technology provides extremely highly efficient light. The 10W 120V Flex-Module is also available with an economical local phosphor LED light source, ideal for pendants and other downlight fixtures.

10W 120V Flex-Module Kit Sized for most standard 5- and 6-inch-diameter recessed incandescent and fluorescent fixtures, T-Opto’s Flex-Module Kit with reflector trim is designed for fast, easy field installation. n Available in a range of color temperatures, the module’s highly efficient dimmable light source exceeds a 65W R30 incandescent reflector lamp. Can be used in non-IC rated recessed fixtures 60W (or greater). n Designed for bright, well-diffused illumination, the lens supplied with the kit provides wide, even light distribution.

Out With the Old. In With The New. Fast! n Lower the wired medium-based socket out of housing. Replace with the medium-base screw-in Flex-Module. n Insert torsion springs into mounting brackets on either side of the housing. Push module up inside housing until the trim makes contact with finished ceiling.

12V Pendant Retrofit Module Replaces 20W halogen or 9W fluorescent lamps. Gold Award Winner, Architectural SSL magazineâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s 2011 Product Innovation Awards. Ideal for fixture retrofits and new designs, the T-OptoÂŽ 12V Pendant Retrofit LED module with decorative interchangeable heat sink body is compatible with most glass shades on the market. The Retrofit Pendant Module provides illumination equal to a 20W halogen lamp with an output of 270 lumens. n Designed with a decorative heat sink body, integrated light source and driver, the module is designed for use inside pendant and track light fixtures. An external driver for multiple track head applications is also available. n Fits 7/8-inch-diameter openings; an optional 1.8-inch threaded collar accommodates larger openings. Finish options are Nickel Silver or Pewter. n T-Opto advanced technology LED module offers high efficiency and low power consumption.

Accessories n T-Opto 60W no-load transformer (for use with integrated driver). Powers one to nine pendants. n T-Opto external power supply allows the pendant to run directly off 120 volts.

Down Lighting Circular LED Array Replaces 90W incandescent or 26W fluorescent lamps. n Advanced LED solution provides even, diffuse illumination with very minimal heat sinking requirement. Most sheet metal surfaces will provide the required heat dissipation. n Designed to be easily field replaceable, each LED array comes with a metal core PC board and pre-cut self adhering silicone thermal transfer pad. Attaches with No. 6 sheet metal screws. Built-in micro connectors make for easy connection to the driver. n Uses T-Optoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s TPT5550 LEDs for optimum illumination. The array is available in three sizes.

LED Recessed Fixture Kit T-Optoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s innovative 6.5-inch-diameter Circular LED array is the centerpiece of our Recessed Fixture Kit for 12-inch recessed fixtures. n Designed for easy installation, the fixture comes with a white acrylic lens for diffuse, even light distribution. May be used with TRIAC dimmer (sold separately).

Linear Module Replaces 32W T8 fluorescent lamps. A replacement for linear fluorescent lamps, T-Opto’s Linear Modules are a versatile retrofit solution. Capable of emitting more than 3300 directional lumens, the module is well-suited to fixtures for home, office and factory. Designed to be used across multiple platforms, T-Opto’s Linear LED Module delivers market-leading efficiency and cost. n Each linear array uses 96 of T-Opto’s TPT 5550 LEDs. n Metal core PC board has a built-in micro disconnect socket. n Linear module is field replaceable. Attaches with seven mounting holes for #6 mounting screws. n Comes with matching silicone heat transfer pad. Mating power supply is sold separately. n Available color temperatures 2700K/ 3000K/ 3500K/ 4000K n Each board > 1600 Lumens/86 lm/w

LED Troffer Kit Easily installed in the field, T-Opto’s LED Troffer Kit fits standard 2 x 2 troffer applications. n The basic module kit consists of two or four metal core board LED arrays, a 45W constant current driver(s), housing and a choice of V-Louver or two-cell louvers. n Dimming 0-10V n Fifth channel for power lighting controls. n Output = Two board version = 3300 lumens / 73 lm/w Four board version = 6600 lumens / 73 lm/w

Cross Platform Modules Panelux LED Array Module And Driver With Angelux Heat Sink Replaces 60W incandescent or 15W fluorescent lamps. For downlights, bath bars, track lighting. Designed to be a cost-effective, fully functional, plug-and-play solution, the Panelux chip-on-board LED Array with integrated Angelux Heat Sink and driver gives OEM lighting manufacturers a simpler way to the install LED light sources in new and existing fixtures. n The Panelux LED Array Module consists of a Panelux LED array (5W or 10W) mated to an Angelux heat sink and connected to a T-Opto LED driver. The thermal design of the array and heat sink is optimized for a long operating life. n The Angelux heat sink provides optimal thermal management and can be mounted at 0, 45 and 90 degrees, making it especially well suited to wall sconces, including new designs and retrofits. . n The module is sized for typical lighting fixture back plates. The small T-Opto LED driver is also mounted to the back plate, with a low-profile micro connector system that easily plugs into the Panelux LED array.

Panelux LED Array n Available in 5W (50 x 26mm and 42 x 42mm) and 10W (84 x 42 mm, 40 x 43mm). This is a cool-running LED array that provides uniformly diffused light with no hot spots. n Electrical connection with solder pads. Also available with crimped wire terminals looped ends with screw connectors.

Universal Wall Sconce Backplate Module Replaces a 60W incandescent or 15W fluorescent lamps. An optical, thermal and mechanical turn-key LED solution for typical sconce applications, the Universal Wall Sconce Backplate Module is easily incorporated into most existing designs. n Works with a variety of standard sconce glass diffusers, including diffusers stocked by T-Opto. Thin form factor ideal for ADA-compliant fixtures. n Easy to install. Attaches with custom top bracket to support diffuser (thumbscrew lock-up). n The 5W and 10W Panelux LED arrays provide uniformly diffused light. They are among the first LED components that can easily be used in general illumination lighting products without the need of secondary optics. n Compatible with TRIAC dimmers.

Down Lighting Universal Undercabinet Lighting Module T-Opto's Universal Undercabinet Lighting Module installs easily inside 9-, 12-, 18-, 21- and 24-inch bodies. The economy-priced module works with a variety of standard T5 fluorescent undercabinet housings. n The module can replace halogen, fluorescent or xenon products while consuming a fraction of the electricity, less than 4W of power per foot (output: 50 Lumens/Watt). n Easily installs using factory-attached double-sided adhesive on both the LED board and driver. n Connects to 120V. Beautiful 2700K light projects uniformly below the fixture. n Available in standard on/off and dimming-compatible versions.

High Output Lighting Reflector + Lighting Module For Canopy Fixtures Replaces 70W HID lamps. Reflector with attached lighting source and driver is an ideal LED retrofit solution for existing canopy light fixtures. Also available with a diecast canopy light fixture as a kit. n Using four to five of T-Optoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s 10W LED arrays and 50W driver, this canopy module delivers more than 3500 lumens of bright white light.

Reflector + Lighting Module Wall Pack Fixtures Similar to the LED Canopy Light, the LED Wall Pack uses three of T-Optoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s 10W LED arrays. It emits more than 2000 lumens and can be used to replace conventional 70W over-the-door fixtures. n Reflector with attached lighting source and driver is an ideal LED retrofit solution for existing wall pack light fixtures. Also available with a diecast wall pack light fixture as a kit.

High Output Lighting Sololux™ High Output LED Module (patent pending) Replaces 84-160W fluorescent or 100-175 HID lamps. The T-Opto® Sololux™ High Output LED module (patent pending) uses some of the newest and highest-power LED technology available. Here’s a revolutionary LED package that uses a single light source, which means more easily controlled optics in high brightness applications. n This advanced technology LED module is the right solution for light fixtures that must deliver high output and long life. The T-Opto Sololux high output module with Luminus® Phlatlight® LED is a cross-platform LED module suitable for high bay, low bay, security and area lighting fixtures. Applicable for indoor and outdoor use, it can be used in wall pack and canopy fixtures. n The Luminus CSM-360 high output LED package features Phlatlight technology. These large-format, ultra-bright solid state light sources deliver extremely high energy efficiency, up to 90 module lumens per watt (steady state, hot lumens) @3.15A, and high output: up to 6500 lumens (steady state, hot lumens) @6.3A. Phlatlight LEDs have a lifetime above 50,000 hours (at 70% lumen maintenance). n The High Output LED Module is available as a component with quick connect power plug for easy service in the field. It is also sold as part of a total fixture package, or ask the expert T-Opto team to design a custom high-output LED solution for your company.

Sololux™ High Output Module Shown With Reference Designs LED Area Light This simple pole-mounted, die-cast aluminum housing is actually quite sophisticated, designed with external thermal radiation fins that provide excellent thermal management to prolong LED life. n A tool-less entry door swings down to allow the Sololux optical module assembly to twist and lock into place. The replaceable optical module, available with a symmetrical square Type V lighting distribution, is sealed against the high output module with a weatherproof gasket. A precision-molded acrylic lens controls lighting distribution and limits glare.

Sololux High Bay Fixture Designed for years of demanding, heavy-duty industrial service, this low-profile high bay fixture is ideally suited to medium mounting heights in areas requiring good horizontal uniformity. Easily intregrated with building automation circuitry, the fixture comes complete with the T-Opto Sololux High Output LED module featuring high-power Luminus ® Phlatlight® LED and power supply (120V-277V, 50hz to 60hz, input). n The T-Opto Sololux High Output LED module replaces 84W-160W fluorescent or 175W HID lamps in high brightness applications. Phlatlight LEDs have a lifetime above 50,000 hours (at 70% lumen maintenance). n Single LED is controllable with a single TIR or reflective optic for various applications.
