Shop Front Instructions Shopping 1. Open your web browser (i.e. FireFox, Internet Explore, etc) and in the address bar enter the address trade.bcbin.com

2. Log in

Note: The Email Address given when your account was created will not change. However, you can add colleagues using their email addresses from the “Your Account” link at the top of the page, once you are logged in. But: Once you have logged in using the temporary password provided by your Account Manager, you MUST change it. Instructions are attached. It is our recommendation you do not write any password down, save on any computer system and not disclose to anyone. If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page (trade.bcbin.com).

3. Start shopping. Below is an example of the home page of the shop. Now just select the items you wish to order

b. Click the link of the desired item

c. Apply the quantity to the variant required

d. Click “Add To Order” and your “Shopping Basket” will load Remember: Check the Item & Quantity before proceeding to the next step

e. If you would like to purchase additional items, click “Continue Shopping”

f. If that is all you wish to order click the “Go To Checkout Button”

4. Now just follow the online prompts: Confirm your delivery address and if required provide your Purchase Order number

> 5. Once your order has been placed you shall receive a email, in addition to the confirmation of order in your browser. For Your Information: Shop Front is a little bit like other online shops and the more you use it, the more functions you will find. An example is: You can access your Shopping Basket from any page within the Shop, just click the Shopping Basket icon in the top right hand corner You can add items to your basket without clicking links. When the products are displayed in a list view and with editable quantity fields, just add the desired quantity, to the chosen products, and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add To Order” to add the desired to your basket. Shop Front Instructions Client Password Change 1. Log into the shop by going to trade.bcbin.com and entering your Email Address and current password

2. Now click “Your Account” in the top right hand corner

3. Then click “Change Your Password”

4. Now enter your “Old Password” then your “New Password”. Your “New Password” must be entered again in the “Confirm Password” field and match that entered as your “New Password”

5. Click “Save Changes” and your “New Password” will be active.

Click “Your Account” Using Shop Front Our online shop is solely for our trade customers and gives you current stock levels, along with up to date special pricing and the ability to place your order when it suits you. Best Performance You will need a modern computer with a reasonable internet connection and an up to date browser. If you shop online with other companies (i.e. Amazon, etc), there is no reason why BCB’s Shop Front won’t work. If in doubt, juts give it a try. Alternative Web Browsers If you can not load our shop, why not consider trying a new browser. Please check with your system administrator before downloading and installing. I’ve Forgot My Password Don’t panic. Go to trade.bcbin.com Click the “Forgetting my password?” Enter your email address and Click “Reset Password” You will receive an automated email with a new password. It is recommended you change to something more memory as soon as possible. Not Sure If You Want To Place Your Order You’ve logged in, found some interesting items, added to your basket and as your about to place your order, you said to yourself, ‘do I really need all that?’ We’ve all been there and like other online shops, you can leave items in your basket, think about it and place your order later. Otherwise, go to your basket and delete the items you don’t want. This function is particularly useful if you have a question about the item, which can not be answered by the description given; so give us a call on +44 (0) 29 2043 3700 and we’ll do our best to help you make an informed decision.

Orders received after 1 pm are usually dispatched the next day (assuming the goods are in stock); orders placed over the weekend cannot be processed before Monday. Shop Front Summary Of Order Processing Use our quick search field (at the top of the page on the right side of the navigation bar) or open the desired product category in our online catalogue (also in the navigation bar to the left). If you happen to know the item number of the desired product, you can enter it into the quick search field. Via the shopping basket icon you can put the items you wish to buy into your shopping basket. You'll find this icon on all search result lists, many product lists, and on all product info pages. As soon as there are articles in your shopping basket, you'll see its current content on each page in the top right corner. By clicking on the shopping basket icon you can change quantities, delete items, or add items manually. To complete your order, click on "place order". Be sure the items and quantities are correct, they are going to be sent to the right address and you have provided your Purchase Order number. Of course, all information is transmitted in an encrypted format and delivered safely to the desk of your contact person at BCB. After you've submitted it, you can make a print out of your order, if you wish. Each order is processed and checked individually by a BCB employee. After we've checked your order, we will pick, pack and dispatch your order.

It may happen that you realize you've forgotten an item that you wish you had included in an order you just placed. No problem! Give us a call, and if it’s not too late (i.e. your order hasn’t yet been packed) will endeavour to make the amendment. Our telephone number is +44 (0) 29 2043 3700 and we are open between 9am and 5pm – Monday to Friday (changes after 1pm will possibly delay dispatch to the next working day). Before your merchandise can be shipped, it is gathered and checked. Although we stock more than 3,000 items, it may happen that another customer just bought the last piece or that it does not pass the final inspection.

We usually ship with FedEx, UPS, Interlink etc. Please contact us if you would prefer your items to be shipped with an alternative service provided or if you will arrange collection. For larger orders, that need to be palletised, we use specialist freight forwarder; this process will involve direct contact with our Dispatch Department and/or your Account Manager. All UK deliveries, unless otherwise specified, are dispatch for a Next Working Day delivery. For more information, please see our shipping rates please contact your Account Manager. If you're not at home the delivery company will leave a note to advise attempted delivery, and will attempt to redeliver at the earliest opportunity. In this scenario follow the instructions of the courier company. Don’t forget all orders in excess of £400 net value will be shipped FREE of CHARGE. We're only satisfied when you are satisfied 100%!
