Recipe: Boozy Watermelon Skewers

1 watermelon 1 cucumber

2 oz. extra virgin olive oil ½ oz. Urban Distilleries Spirit Bear Gin Feta cheese and mint, for garnish

Cut watermelon into cubes. Purée a couple of the watermelon cubes (1 oz.) and set aside. Cut cucumber into strips. Place cucumber and watermelon cubes on skewers. In a jar, shake watermelon purée, oil and gin for dressing. Place skewers on a plate or board and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and thinly sliced mint.
