Welcome to the 2022 Spring Parade of Homes™

On behalf of all the members of the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association, we cordially invite you to attend the 2022 Spring Parade of Homes ™. This incredible four-day event showcases the fi nest work from the Brazos Valley’s most skilled and creative home builders. The opportunity to come and see the latest trends in new construction and see our newest master planned communities is not to be missed. The Brazos Valley and the surrounding area continues to see amazing growth. These opportunities continue to challenge local builders to incorporate the latest construction science and technology into their new homes. New neighborhoods and new sections of current neighborhoods continue to develop at a rapid pace. With this new development, comes restaurants and store fronts opening new locations throughout our community. All these factors work together to provide the residents of Bryan, College Station and surrounding communities more options to choose from when

deciding on where to live, work, and play. Tickets are $10 for adults and a portion of the proceeds will benefi t Ronald McDonald House Charities – Central Texas. Tickets will be able to be purchased in advance online via Ticket Leap. It’s as easy as scanning the QR Code which can be found in multiple Parade publications and at www.bcsparadeofhomes.org . In addition, during the event, ticket sales will be available at the individual Parade homes. One ticket per adult will be good for all four days and entry into each Parade home. Ten dollars for one Dennis McMillin ticket to view multiple homes and donating to a great cause – it’s a win-win!! On behalf of the hardworking Parade of Homes Committee members, we thank you in advance for taking the time to visit our homes.
