Shortly over a month after the foundation of the Foto Clube Bandeirante (FCB), 46 photographs taken by members of the association participated in the First South American International Salon of Artistic Photography, inaugurated in Montevideo, in Uruguay, on June 10, 1939. The Paulistas attended together with amateurs from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and a representation from the Foto Clube Brasileiro do Rio de Janeiro. With this event, a network of Latin American photo clubs came into existence.

However, it was in 1943 that, once strengthened internally, the photo club from São Paulo began its continued and growing international circulation. Until 1980 reached the five continents and over one hundred cities. FCCB's presence in events promoted by the photo club network in Brazil and international photography exhibitions held in São Paulo from 1944 onwards reinforced the club's international projection.
The dissemination of the work of the members of the photo clubs from different countries was done through global routes that allowed the international growth of technical and artistic experiences and the mobility of photographic aesthetics.
