A spicy celebration:









Mini Krispy Treats Contributed by reader Tanya Dela Cruz

INGREDIENTS • 3 tablespoons salted butter, softened • 5 cups mini marshmallows • 4 cups Rice Krispies Cereal • Nutella • Whipped cream • Sprinkles

DIRECTIONS 1) Melt butter and mini marshmallows in saucepan and stir on medium-low heat until marshmallows dissolve. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2) Pour Rice Krispies cereal into a large mixing bowl. Mix melted butter and marshmallows with Rice Krispies until well blended and sticky. 3) Lightly grease mini cupcake tray or any molded tray of your choice. 4) Spoon mixture onto the tray, pressing to tightly compact. Place tray in fridge to chill until hardened. 5) Once hardened, pour Nutella into an icing pouch. Squeeze and decorate mini Krispies however you like. 6) Top it off with your choice of whipped cream or sprinkles and enjoy with a loved one.
