Lack Of Green Space: Solution?
With the expansion of urban environment, more and more green spaces we used to be familiar with have disappeared. Sometimes, you need to walk a long way to the nearest park or nature reserve. However, people need the nature. The main concept is simple: If people feel difficult to walk to the nature, why not let the nature walk to us? In order to achieve the goal, I put the green spaces onto a gaint wheel. The wheel moves aroud the city, slowly of course, all the time. And citizens may enjoy the green spaces at any places.

Table Modification
September-December, 2022, UCLA, Individual Work
The table is modified from Moma's Steps Table by Lanza Atelier. The original table is a long table containing several small tables of different heights. By increasing the height one by one, its users can be from young children to tall adults and can be used in different ways.
Inspired by this, it came to my mind that: why not create a table that has different ways of use on a temporal scale ---- a table that can be used through a person's lifetime. Thus in my modification, I created a circle table with 4 parts at different heights, which represents 4 stages of a person's life.
A "playground" table for childhood, a study table for students' time, a working table for career time, and a bar table for retirement life, the table can accompany her through her life, the round circle also represents the circle of life. When she sets at the bar table, she could see through all her life and notice the trace of time.

The project is about child play and shared child care. All the shared space in the building are designed for children. It consists of two parts, the rst is the terrace on the second oor, an open space, outdoor shared playground, this is a obvious and visible area. The second part is the central courtyard in the middle, which is a more invisible space, children can sneak down there and play together without being noticed by using the secret stairs behind the staircase used by whole family. For parents, the position of the windows in their bedroom and living area allows them to have surveiliance on children form both household, but can’t see all of the shared space at one time. In this case, not only the safety is satis ed, children also get a chance to play “hide and seak” with their parents by choosing whichspace they want to be in.
