25 women were accepted into the program 22 of the participants attended the classes 88% of the participants successfully completed the 36 hours of instruction 87.5% of the participants were able to write a business feasibility plan 80% of the participants have successfully started their businesses 40% of the participants are consistently making some money from their business each week Average total combined income made from all participants is $900 per week Each participant consistently working their business makes approximately $50-300 per week Total Reported Combined Income was $14,500 8% of participants have started businesses in the food industry 10% of participants have started event planning businesses 10% of participants have started businesses in the fashion industry 40% have started businesses in the beauty industry 10% have started businesses in the childcare industry 4% have started cleaning businesses
Totals for 2015  50% of participants found outside employment averaging 30 hours per week  25 loans have been issued totaling $9,357.96 o 2 loans for nail school tuition o 1 loan for barber school kit o 15 loans to participants that completed the classes to buy supplies for their business o 7 loans to women in the community to get car repairs, insurance and other emergency needs for employment o 100% of borrowers agreed to a repayment plan o 20% of borrowers are making payments on their loans o 4% have not made any payments o 76% do not have not reached the start of their repayment plan yet

Curriculum classes are held on Mondays from 10-2:00pm Extra Curricula & Skill building classes for all participants are held on Saturdays at the YWCA & Revolution Mills (We may open those up to general community) Classes have been extended from 6 weeks to 10 weeks Some classes are taught remotely via Skype Working on creating videos and online version of program
