Nella joined Justine in 1974. Before joining, she was a house wife who was introduced to Justine through a competition that her sister entered her into. With two children to take care of, she decided to join Justine as a Consultant to earn extra money. Nella made R300 during her first week and went on to be recruited as a Sales Manager, a responsibility she undertook for several years. She was the first Justine Sales Manager to hit the R1 million and R2 million marks respectively. From 1990, she took on the role of Justine National Training Manager, a role she would hold until 2008 when she had to go on pension and became a Justine Business Leader. “Justine has enabled me to be motivational and inspirational to my peers, put my children through university and buy a new, bigger home. I had always dreamt of owning a Mercedes Benz and with my Justine earnings I have been able to buy three in my lifetime."
