Housekeeping Housekeeping Services Arrival Clean: Vacuuming, dusting, opening of shades or curtains, lights turned on and cleaning of toilets. Daily Clean: Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming or mopping of floors, dusting and straightening of common areas and bedrooms, trash removal, changing of bed, bath and kitchen linens. Light Daily Cleaning: Identical to the daily cleaning, however, without the linen change. Check Out Clean: Thorough unit cleaning (as in daily clean above), but also including stove, refrigerator, cabinets and removal of perishable food items. Trash Removal and Making of Beds Supplemental Cleaning: Manager will render at the request of Owner supplemental cleaning, such as spring cleaning services which may include carpet bonnet shampoo method, drapery and upholstery vacuuming, and general floor and woodwork care. There will be an
additional charge for the following items: carpet steam extraction method, dry cleaning of drapes, bedspreads or furniture, interior window cleaning, and special treatment of stone, floor and woodwork care.

GUEST SERVICES AND RENTAL MANAGEMENT The guest services staff is here to assist you and your guests with arranging any type of additional vacation plans and resort activities. This department will also manage your rental property should you wish to rent your residence.
HOUSEKEEPING The housekeeping staff maintains the cleanliness of all of the common areas at The Chateau and is also committed to fulfilling your residence cleaning needs.
ENGINEERING The engineering staff maintains the physical plants and all common areas. Regular preventative maintenance is performed within the building and each residence.
