These new properties will be offered through a special Priority Reservation Program slated to begin this summer, and we look forward to sharing those details very soon”.

The Muirfield Connection: Beach Access Coming Soon

Bay Creek’s newest enclave of Muirfield continues to attract new families to its inspiring setting. “The variety of homesites available for purchase are part of Muirfield’s appeal,” Bobby says. “And as more homes start construction along with the release of three new home packages for sale, the excitement for this enclave continues to build.” The team is planning a professional landscaping plan for the Spring that will showcase attractive plantings to offer beauty in every season. Also nearing completion is the fountain for the unique collection of pond homesites. “But what we’re most excited about right now, is the new Muirfield beach access. The path will travel from Muirfield, crossing the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course between the green and the tee box on Hole Four.

It will then connect to a beautiful bridge highlighted by a miniature replica of a charming lighthouse before meandering down to a stretch of private beach along the Chesapeake Bay. “This is a great added convenience for Muirfield residents, and folks are really excited about it, as are we,” Bobby adds. “Muirfield residents won’t have to leave their neighborhood to find themselves at the beautiful beaches Bay Creek is known for.”
