Describe (level 3) / evaluate (level 4) how the lesson will meet the needs of the individual learners. Include relevant information about learning styles, additional learning needs, issues of equality and diversity. Explain how you plan to embed functional skills into the session. (Use pro-forma provided.) Part 3 Evaluation (3.1, 3.2) Using your own reflections and the comments from your tutor and peers, evaluate your session. Referring directly to the points made in your rationale, consider the effectiveness of the resources and teaching methods used, and discuss how far your session objectives were met.
