THE PLAY’S THE THING Priority Booking period Before you start
• You will need to be a current paid up Friend or Patron of Shakespeare’s Globe. • If you are new to online Priority Booking, you will need to register before booking tickets. • You must register online with the name/names exactly as they appear on your membership card. • Have your email address and password to hand (note: the email address has to be the one the Friends & Patrons office holds on file for you.) • If you have forgotten your password there is an email reminder button, which will send you to a link and allow you to create a new one.
Please Remember
• You can only book up to 9 tickets per performance date online. • For each performance date chosen, all tickets must be in the same price band. If you are looking to buy tickets from different price bands please complete separate transactions. • Group Bookings cannot be made online – please use a Priority Booking form. • Tickets can only be sent to the ticket purchaser at his/her address. • There is a £2 transaction charge on your overall purchases.
Here are some handy tips to help you complete your booking as smoothly as possible
• You cannot book concession tickets online (under 18s, disabled patrons etc.) these must be booked on a Priority Booking form. • If an error message appears it can take 20 mins to clear in the system, you may have to go away and come back. • There is high demand when we first go live with online booking so the system maybe slow, please be patient. • The description of the seats/standing you have on offer appears on the left hand side of the page. • There is a button in the left hand bottom corner of the page which allows you to make the plan smaller or larger. • Make sure you completely happy with the items in your basket before continuing, it will confirm the seat and the bay for you. • You can clear your selection by removing the items in your basket. • Gentleman’s Rooms are the only place in the theatre with proper chairs but they offer a side view of the stage.
