YOUR GUIDE TO ENROLMENT WHEN CAN I ENROL? Online enrolment for Adult courses starts on Monday 2 August 2021. Read on to find out how to enrol using our online system.

HOW DO I ENROL ONLINE? From Monday 2 August 2021, you will receive an email containing a link to a form where you will be able to upload your qualifications. Once your qualifications have been checked and approved by our curriculum teams you will receive a congratulations email confirming that they have been accepted. There will be 4 more steps to fully complete your enrolment: 1. Check your personal information and course details are correct. If they are not, please make the required changes. 2. Answer some data questions such as your nationality, how long you have lived in the UK and your highest level of qualification achieved. 3. Upload a photo (see page 4 for more information) 4. Upload proof of ID (see page 4 for more information) The whole process should take less than 20 minutes to complete.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY COURSE? If you need to make a payment for your course, our Registry & Recoveries team will get in touch with you to discuss payment options and help you find what suits you best. We can set up a payment plan if you prefer to pay in instalments. All instalments must be paid before the course ends. Your course may be fully funded which means you won’t have to pay if you meet the criteria below. Use the self-declaration box on the enrolment form to tick the ‘Tuition Fee Remission Declaration’ that applies to you. The following fee remission statements mean you will have no tuition fee to pay for your course: • I don’t have a full Level 2 qualification • I don’t have a full Level 3 qualification (applies for those aged 19-23 only) • I don’t have a full Level 3 qualification (aged 24+) and the course is a National Skills Funded course • I already have a Level 2 qualification and I am in receipt of one of the following benefits: JSA, ESA, WRAG or Universal Credit • I already have a Level 2 qualification and I am unemployed and in receipt of one of the following benefits: JSA, ESA, WRAG or Universal Credit • I already have a Level 2 qualification and have an income under 3 £17,374.50
