Bedford Town’s preseason fixtures are complete with the news that Nathan Jones will bring his Championship team Luton Town to the Eyrie on Wednesday 14 of July for an evening kick off, which is just four days after their Championship rivals Peterborough United come to Bedford on Saturday 10 July, as a part of their limited UK based preseason campaign.

The visits of the Hatters and the Posh are the icing on the cake of the Eagles exciting preseason schedule which also includes visits from National League South sides St Albans City and Wealdstone. On their travels Bedford also have some tough fixtures including promoted former rivals Peterborough Sports and Hitchin Town as well as St Ives Town and Stratford Town.

First up is a charity match on Tuesday 29 June against our groundshare partners, but league rivals Biggleswade FC. This will be an entry by donation charity fixture with all proceeds raised shared between the Eagles new charity partner East Anglian Air Ambulance and Biggleswade’s who are the Teenage Cancer Trust.
