Summer is here, the sun is shining and it is so good to see the restaurants of Bedfordshire back in the swing of things. None more so than FatCap Smokehouse who have just celebrated their 2nd birthday and are busier than ever!

Owners, Emma and Tony, built FatCap from a love for authentic Texan BBQ which they learnt all about whilst roadtrippin’ through America. Expect big fl avours and the warmest of welcomes when you head down to Castle Lane and fi nd out just how good it is for yourself!
If you order one thing, make sure it’s the St Louis Ribs. Big thick ribs from the belly cooked low ‘n’ slow till they’re falling apart. Make sure you go hungry and order the FatCap Feast, upgrade your fries to the loaded tater tots and thank me later. Make sure to order a cocktail or 2, my personal favourites are the Cherry Bakewell and Whisky Sour. And don’t worry, there are veggie options too!
