The Mill Coffee Shop A short drive out of Bedford brings you to the beautiful Bromham Mill. The Mill is home to an art gallery and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, so it’s the perfect place for a walk. The Bromham Heritage Trail starts here and allows you a glimpse in to the village’s history. The Mill Coffee Shop is a stunning stone building with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They’re dog friendly, as well as having a play park right next door. Inside there are beautiful beamed ceilings and cosy nooks to watch the world go by from. The coffee is top notch and you can pair it with one of the delicious locally baked cakes they have on offer. If you want something a bit more substantial, grab yourself a sourdough toastie. It’s clear that they use the highest quality ingredients, the Chicken Avo is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Jam packed with pulled chicken, smashed avocado and spicy mayo, so good! A perfect place to spend the day with the whole family. Every first Sunday of the month they also host an artisan craft fair which you can check out on their social media!
