(Kako se inače pozdravljate? Pozdravi se s nekim na svoj način! Kako se osjećaš? Znaš li tko se pozdravlja na način na koji ste vi to sada činili? Jesu li vam pozdravi poznati? Kako ste se osjećali? Opiši razliku u osjećajima između svog pozdrava i današnjeg pozdrava iz zadatka!, str.45) Main activity: Prejudices and stereotypes: Journey to South Divide participants in small groups of 3-4 people. Each group gets list of 10-15 passengers and it has to choose 3 people they would travel with, and 3 people they would never travel with. The story is: You are in train-bus and you will be travelling for next 30 hours, choose 3 people from the list… After making list, groups come together in big circle for debriefing. Reflection questions: Please tell us about your decisions and explain it. How was the process? Why have you made such a choice? Why were we doing this game? What are prejudices and stereotypes? Why it is important to recognize them.. Etc. Tip for facilitators: The list of passengers should be adjusted to group’s age, level, needs and environment. Activity can be followed by sharing definitions of prejudice –stereotype – discrimination. Please note too that activity can be used to discuss decision making process within the small groups, and the group dynamics and relationships amongst participants. End activity: Evaluation circle – Please say one word on how you feel now? Variations can be made as needed (Say how you feel; What did you learn; Would you like to share smth with the group? Etc.) *Source: http://www.nansen-dialogue.net/ndcosijek/pdf/Prirucnik.pdf - Only In Croatian Language
