Biologisch katoen | De Indushirt uni-lijn is GOTS en OCS gecertificeerd

De Indushirt TO 180 lijn (T-shirts) is GOTS gecertificeerd. De Indushirt PO 200 en PSO 300 lijn (Polo-shirts en Polo-sweaters) zijn OCS gecertificeerd.
GOTS en OCS zijn beide internationale en leidende standaarden voor textiel gemaakt van biologisch katoen. Deze standaarden zijn ontwikkeld om biologisch katoen en andere biologisch geteelde vezels verder te produceren tot een duurzaam kledingstuk of textiel. De standaarden stellen specifieke productie eisen omtrent het (niet) gebruik van schadelijke chemicaliën. Daarnaast heeft productie de verplichting om een duurzaam afvalwatersysteem te gebruiken en zuinig met water en energie om te gaan. GOTS en OCS omvat ook criteria betreffende arbeidsomstandigheden, die gebaseerd zijn op de normen van de International Labour Organization, zoals het recht op vakbondsvrijheid en het recht op veilige en gezonde werkomstandigheden. De GOTS en OCS standaarden voor Indushirt betreft de gehele keten van productie van de garens, productie van de kleding en distributie. Alle onderdelen in de keten voor de Indushirt kleding zijn gecertificeerd door een onafhankelijk audit orgaan, Control Union.

Die Indushirt Produktpalette TO 180 (T-Shirts) ist GOTS-zertifiziert. Die Indushirt Produktpaletten PO 200 und PSO 300 (Polo-Shirts und Polo-Sweaters) sind OCS-zertifiziert.
GOTS und OCS sind beide internationale, führende Normen für aus biologischer Baumwolle gefertigte Textilien. Diese Normen wurden dazu entwickelt, Bio Baumwolle und andere biologisch erzeugten Fasern in ein nachhaltiges Kleidungsstück oder Textilien weiterzuverarbeiten. Die Normen stellen bestimmte Produktionsanforderungen in puncto (Nicht-) Verwendung von Schadstoffen. Darüber hinaus ist der Hersteller gehalten, ein nachhaltiges Abwassersystem zu benutzen und sparsam mit Wasser und Energie umzugehen. GOTS und OCS enthalten auch Kriterien bezüglich der Arbeitsbedingungen, die beruhen auf den Normen der International Labour Organization, wie das Recht auf freie gewerkschaftliche Vereinigung und das Recht auf sichere, gesunde Arbeitsbedingungen. Die GOTS- und OCS-Normen für Indushirt umfassen das gesamte Fertigungsverfahren, von der Produktion der Garne, über die Produktion der Bekleidung bis hin zu ihrem Vertrieb. Alle Schritte im Verfahren wurden von dem unabhängigen Kontrollorgan, Control Union, zertifiziert.

The Indushirt TO 180 products (T-shirts) are GOTS certified. The Indushirt PO 200 and PSO 300 products are OCS certified.
GOTS and OCS are both worldwide leading textile processing standards for organic fibers. These standards have been defined to ensure the organic status of textiles. These standards have specific production requirements regarding the (non) use of chemical inputs such as dyestuffs and auxiliaries used must meet certain environmental and toxicological criteria. A functional waste water treatment plant is mandatory for any wetprocessing unit involved. GOTS and OCS include social criteria based on the key norms of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and a social compliance management with defined elements, like minimum social standards relating to freedom of association, health and safety. The GOTS and OCS standards for Indushirt concern the entire chain from harvesting of the raw materials, through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing and distribution. All steps in the chain for the Indushirt clothes have been certified by an independent and certification body, Control Union.

Indushirt kleding wordt duurzaam aangeboden in de markt van professionele merkkleding. Dat wil zeggen dat alle retour ontvangen Indushirt kleding wordt verwerkt tot grondstof en als zodanig wordt hergebruikt. De Indushirt kleding wordt vertrouwelijk verwerkt, zodat kleding voorzien van uw logo en/of bedrijfsnaam op een veilige manier uit de markt wordt gehaald en professioneel wordt vervezeld. U of uw leverancier kan gedragen Indushirt kleding voor hergebruik (verwerking tot grondstof) aanbieden. De kleding moet schoon en droog worden aangeleverd.
Indushirt Kleidung wird nachhaltig auf dem Markt für Berufs-Markenkleidung angeboten. Dies bedeutet, dass alle wieder entgegengenommenen Indushirt Kleidungsstücke als Rohstoff aufgearbeitet und wiederverwendet werden. Die Indushirt Arbeitsbekleidung wird zuverlässig verarbeitet, sodass Kleidung mit Ihrem Logo und/oder Unternehmensnamen auf sichere Weise vom Markt genommen und professionell zu Faser verarbeitet wird. Sie oder Ihr Lieferant können getragene Indushirt zur Wiederverwendung (Verarbeitung zu Rohstoff) anbieten. Die Kleidung muss sauber und trocken geliefert werden.
Indushirt clothing is offered sustainably to the market for professional branded clothing. That is to say that all Indushirt clothing which is returned is processed to produce raw materials and is re-used in this way. The Indushirt clothing is processed secured, so that clothing bearing your logo and/or company name is kept securely off the market and is fiberised professionally. Either you or your supplier can offer worn Indushirt clothing for recycling (processing as raw materials). The clothing must be delivered clean and dry.
