[MANUAL]
I am entering my fifth year of education at Lawrence Tech, studying for my Bachelors of Science in Architecture. I have an unparalleled passion for design and architecture. I believe in the power and impact that space can have on an individual, a community and a culture. For this reason I always push myself to become a better designer and to give back to the communities I live and work in. I hope to gain more professional experience in a design firm, and to continue to grow as an individual and a designer through my relationships with coworkers and clients. In turn, I believe my abilities are an asset to any company I work in. I am passionate in everything I do and will always challenge myself to develop my skills further.

TORONTO PUBLIC REFERENCE Location: Toronto, ON Canada A project to relocate the existing Toronto Public Reference Library to a more prominent location. Devoting more than half of the site to public space, the required 38,6912m of space required to contain all the current collection was compressed into two vertical circulation towers. The overall design was driven by the needs of the public space as well as the dichotomy between the circulation materials and the reference documents. The public space is divided between a stage and audience the public space zones and draw the public in and allow the interior and exterior spaces to be engaged together.

The program included a multi denomination worship space, workshops, retail frontage and continued education classrooms. The expansion also includes a clinic space, gymnasium and apartments. ACCESSMOD
| DIGITAL FABRICATI
Location: Southfield, MI USA A project to design a prefabricated, modular accessibility ramp for handicapped clients that is affordable, easily manufactured, and easily assembled. accessMOD is a student driven research project into digital fabrication technology and modular construction. The project was inspired by the Freedom by Design program of the American Institute of Architecture Students, a community service program that allows students to design and build accessibility solutions for clients with disabilities & handicaps. Using digital fabrication, the team is actively working to create an ADA handicap accessibility ramp that is easy and affordable to manufacture and can be distributed to those in need. The project is challenged by ADA codes, and the capabilities of the CNC machine. This project is still in progress.

2011 ARCC SPRING RESEARCH C Location: Detroit, MI USA The Architectural Research Centers Consortium (ARCC) host a bi-annual domestic conference in the United States to bring together researchers from across the globe. The branding and identity for the conference revolved around the concept of technology and research. As a result, a QR code was generated for the conference website and used throughout the graphics to give a prominent and grounded identity to the conference at all of the locations in Detroit. The cover design for the conference proceedings was a collaboration between Bryce Gamper (architecture) and Tyler Hays (graphic design).

INDUSTRIAL DESIGN | URBAN Location: Detroit, MI USA Ford Millenial Project Concept Brief The urban explorer is Ford’s newest customer to come out of the Urban Revival of 2025. The urban explorer (or urbanite) is a member of the Millennial generation who explores the lost, forgotten and neglected parts of the city to recover lost memories and artifacts from the decay. The urbanite is agile and tech savy, using technology to aid in their search through the old portions of the city. Urbanite’s are always on the move through the city, searching for the next spot to explore, and they need to blend in with the regular, day-to-day crowd. They are a mix between the artistic and rebelious, with a business and professional side as well. The Urbanx pack was designed to aid the urbanite in their explorations.
