The basic design approach in the project is to return the historical Karakolhane structure to its original character in spatial and structural sense, and the new structure is interpreted as a holistic approach between the police station, campus and urban connections.
Competition Project BINAA Studio
The different elevations of the plot are also used in the direction that supports this spatial enrichment, and they are handled with an effect shaping the ground over the gap between the historical building and the new building over the landscape. The circulation within the campus intersecting over the landscape intersects with the public space.

02 OVACIK VILLA
The basic design approach in the project is harmony and deep relationship with its natural environment .The transparency and permeability of the structure allows users to relate to nature from every point. According to the topography, 4 different levels were determined in the land. These are edible garden, pool level, orchard and lawn area.
Professional work BINAA
With the use of 4 materials on the faรงade, these are natural stone, glass, metal and plaster, the faรงade systematic modulation has changed on each facade according to its interaction with the land and nature. While the faรงade design is closed towards the road side, it has become transparent on the hall facade shaped according to the function.

The project, located in Çengelköy, was placed on the slope of the land and settled on the elevation difference. The plan scheme is designed to have a sea view from each apartment. Plan type of each flat differs in order to benefit from the view.
Building façade includes brushed metal, smoked black metal, perforated twisted metal, iroko wood and traverten natural stone. The use ııof metal in the façade fives a different experience to the user by providing the reflection of bosphorus view.

04 URBAN MEMORY
Architectural Culture, Life & Meeting Platform It is a completely new platform for the architecture and design community to explore how our thinking about architecture intersects with culture, society, literature, art and technology. This platform focused on facilitating discourse.
Graduation Project of Bachelor Degree
Education requires interaction and collaboration between students and the community. As a suggestion, joint areas at different levels were created. These areas consist of a garden where the student works can be exhibited, an exhibition area and different green terraces that provide an outdoor working environment.
I. VITALITY Access to daylight, scenery and natural ventilation are essential for a healthy work environment. Instead of the standard office plan layout, building masses are divided into smaller volumes, enabling faster access to them. II. TRAINING MODEL In the art school today, connection and crossing are essential. Today, digital techniques increase the connection between all arts. Emphasis is placed on a learning model in which “reflection-in-action” can be realized and the nature of the application will be discovered. Modern design pedagogy envisaged that students’ individual development and creativity should be supported and design education should be carried out in collective and democratic learning environments. III. FLEXIBILITY The building should be flexible. This is achieved by placing an open area plane in the center of the building part. This level - the central working platform - accommodates the basic working area and can be configured as desired. IV. SOCIETY Education requires interaction and collaboration between students and the community. As a suggestion, common areas at different levels have been created. These areas consist of a garden where student works can be exhibited, an exhibition area and different green terraces that provide an outdoor work environment. V. LIVING LABORATORY Combining a range of research disciplines under the heading ‘digital effective urban sustainability’, the aim is to create a ‘living laboratory’ where everything from infrastructure and the environment to the building is used to develop and design sustainable solutions for the future.
05 SATELLITE CITY
Bandırma, Balıkesir which became an industrialized city during the time of T40, exceeded the bounds of productivity. There is a life that lives and produces every hour of the day. The atmosphere in which daily workers come from Istanbul and most of the nearby cities, where they work and stay is quite overwhelming and uniform.

RE-GREENING BURSA: Symbiocity is the name of special approach of Sweden to Sustainable urban design and living conditions as a whole. The primary goal is to create cleaner, better design, prettier and more sustainable cities to let the people have a better overall quality of life. Manifestation and a main title of the approach is the ‘’get more for less’’ which in our application roughly translates to cleaning it while benefiting from it.

There are more to address, such as energy preservation, waste and pollution, transportation, types of urban function and public control in a social engineering manner. Our way of reshaping and approaches of symbiocity. This way not only the obvious is addressed but also other underlying issues are fixed in a contemporary way.
