In charge of coordination of Highclass Design consultants. Coordinate multicultural team: Client team in China with local consultants. Planning: Supervise Authority procedures to get permits and license. Control project development to achieve client target on time and quality. LAI Living Architecture Inc. Beijing, China 北京都市光影建筑设计有限公司 -2011 - 2015.Qingdao International Shipping Center. (青岛国际航运中心) Class A High rise office building, height 250 m. Retail podium 5 st, area: 250.000 sqm Award: First Price. Status: Under Construction. Revise construction drawings from LDI to ensure quallity standards, and design accuracy. Supervise facade development and choose facade materials. Coordinating with LDI and manufacturers, materials and facade development under CD Design Team & Project Architect from SD to DD in coordination with LDI: TYS 济南同圆设计院 Tower plan and core development in coordination with consultants in the project (Structural engineering consultancy, High Rise consultancy, Elevator and vertical transportation design, Curtain wall consultancy) Tower core according to code standards. Podium retail layout according to code standards - 2010 - 2013 Sanya Haitang Bay Sheraton & Starwood Resort, Sanya. 三亚海棠湾酒店 5 Star Haitang Bay Hotel Complex, Sheraton Hotel, Luxury Collection Hotel, Conference Center, Spa, Seaside restaurant and other hotel facilities: site area: 150sqkm, building area: 80.000sqm.
