Founded in 2006, Lakepoint Real Estate is the longest tenured and most experienced real estate company in the region. We are a locally owned hometown agency with a focus on our community.

Our logo features three of Maine’s most well known symbols: The White Pine, The North Star and The Common Loon. The pine and star come from the heritage of the State of Maine and our original flag in 1901. We have added the common loon which is a symbol of the natural beauty of Maine and the Belgrade Lakes Region.
