UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business is seeking investment from companies and organizations to support student success through the CONNECT Leadership Development Summit. The summit provides networking, professional development and scholarships for Belk College Black and Latinx students. Gifts will be recognized at the event and via Belk College communication channels. Most importantly, your support will help our students connect, learn and grow.
VISION
We want students to feel comfortable, welcome, empowered, and have a personalized experience. We will offer opportunities to hear stories of success and network with alumni and other professionals. This event will also feature scholarship opportunities for attendees.

SPRING NETWORKING EVENT
The annual spring signature event is a half-day professional development conference co-hosted with the Belk College by ALPHA, EmpowerHER and NABA for students, alumni and business professionals.
During the event, students will connect with alumni and business professionals to discover timely insights from the keynote speaker and two breakout sessions, culminating in a Connections Reception to foster networking skills.
The CONNECT Leadership Development Summit aims to enhance student success by fostering a strong sense of community for our Black and Latinx students by connecting them to a broad network of Belk College community partners and alumni.
