As a leader, students will be a role model for other students and will be expected to uphold school rules to an extremely high standard. Their behaviour, attitude to work and appearance must be exemplary, and we expect our leaders to represent the school positively in the local and wider community. As a leader, students will have several additional roles and responsibilities including supervising younger pupils at break and lunch times, guiding visitors around the school and helping out at school events (such as Parent Information Evenings and Prize giving ceremonies). Students may also be expected to represent the school outside of school hours at community events and fundraising dinners. The role of leadership is an important one and, if chosen, students will be accepting a position of considerable responsibility. Therefore, the candidates carefully selected to be student leaders of Bellfield College must be responsible, diligent, hardworking, and ready to represent the school at any given time. The positions require forward-thinking, confident individuals who will introduce new ideas to the school and maintain the positive ethos. All positions will act as a link between teachers and students, so students must be excellent communicators. Please read the application process carefully and follow the timelines for submission. Late submissions will automatically eliminate you from the candidature.
