Lockdown Order Extended Term 3, 2021 Wednesday, 14 July 2021
Asalamu Alaykum Dear parents and carers, Today the Premier announced that current restrictions, including those in place for schools, will continue for at least another two weeks and be in place until the end of Week Three (Friday, 30 July). While we understand this is not the news we were hoping for, Bellfield College continues to support the NSW Government as they make decisions based on the latest health advice for the safety of all in Greater Sydney. With the extension of restrictions our school continues remote learning. It is critical that we reduce mobility across Greater Sydney as far as possible and strictly follow the stay-at-home orders. If you are an Essential Worker and your supervision needs for your child change, and they need to attend the College you will need to register for your child to attend. Please contact the administration team no later than 3.30pm the day before your child requires supervision at the College. Our staff have been working exceptionally hard to get remote learning up and running for your child and this week we have successfully delivered live online classes for all grades. We understand that in the first week we are all finding our rhythm however, the College’s Mentors are available during school hours to support families during the online learning experience, and we encourage you to reach out if you feel that you need support.
