Junior School Parent Information Evening PIE Night

Dear Parents, Asalamu Alaykum, We warmly invite you to the Junior School Parent Information Evening (PIE) for 2021 which will be held on Thursday 18th February 2021 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the College Library. This event is a very worthwhile and informative evening during which you can hear from College staff about plans for 2021, meet your child’s teacher and ask any questions you may have. As you are aware, Parent Information Evenings are a paramount feature of the College as we recognise parents are the first educators of their child(ren). Please note attendance by at least one parent is expected. In consideration of your work and family commitments the next day, we have planned for the evening to conclude by 7.30pm. Our teachers are vital partners with you in the education of your child(ren). The basis of this partnership is a loyal and mutual understanding of each other’s complementary roles. The aim of these evenings’ is to facilitate this partnership between Parents and the College, helping to ensure that the children receive a holistic and efficacious education. Parking & Signing In We kindly request that all vehicles are parked in the morning/afternoon drop off point. The area will be supervised by security staff and we will provide guidance around this parking zone. Upon arrival, please proceed to the library. You will be required to sign in using the college QR Code. Application of hand sanitizer is required upon entry. Upon arrival, please proceed to the library. You will be required to sign in using the college QR Code.

Application of hand sanitizer is required upon entry.

Adults must insure no physical contact. Avoid hand shaking. The handshake can be replaced with an elbow touch.
o
Please stay 1.5m apart
o
Avoid gathering in small groups.
o
Parents are advised to leave the College as soon as practicable.
o
One parent per student in attendance is allowed.
o
Parents are reminded they must not attend if they are unwell or have even the mildest of symptoms.
o
Parents must maintain physical distancing, good personal hygiene practices and comply with the published procedures and guidelines at all times.
