Semester One Parent Teacher Interviews Asalaamu Alaikum, Dear parents and carers, Parent teacher interviews for semester one, 2021 will be held on Monday 21st June from 3.30pm – 8.30pm in the Multi-purpose Prayer Hall on senior campus (upstairs from library). Parent teacher interviews are a paramount feature of the College. We recognise that parents are the first educators of their children and the need for parents to be informed firsthand of their child’s progress is essential. Parent teacher interviews provide parents with an opportunity to discuss their child’s progress with the class/subject teacher. Attendance by at least one parent is compulsory as per the ‘Parent Agreement and Enrolment Application’, which you signed at the beginning of your child’s enrolment. Providing all school fees are paid up to date, semester one student progress reports will be issued at your child’s interview. If you are unable to attend on Monday 21st June, please contact junior school administration to organise an alternate meeting time with your child’s teacher. Parent teacher interview bookings must be made using the Sentral Parent Portal app. Please see the attached for assistance with the booking process. Please contact the school should you require further assistance with setting up the app. Bookings will close at 5.00pm Friday 18th June 2021. We request that you are prompt for your interview times as they are in 10-minute intervals, and consideration for other waiting parents will be observed. Interviews are by appointment only. We ask that you adhere to the booking procedures to avoid disappointment on the day. We look forward to welcoming you on campus on the 21st of June 2021.
