“Since I started spinal decompression therapy, I've noticed GREAT improvement with my condition. Everyone in this office is very courteous and wonderful. The treatment has been exactly what I needed. If anyone has a pain in their neck or herniated discs, I recommend coming to Dr. Donath and Dr. Marshall. You will not be disappointed.

Get your child on a good sleep schedule — with good sleep habits. During the summer, we often let our children stay up late, which is fine if they can sleep late in the morning — but it’s not so fine when school starts. To avoid rude awakenings (so to speak), get your child started on his school sleep schedule at least a week before school starts. Children should get 8-10 hours of sleep every night, so count back from when they need to wake up to find the right bedtime. Switching to an earlier bedtime isn’t easy. You will likely need to wake your child earlier and adjust your family evening schedules to accommodate the change. Remember that screens (TV, phone, computer, tablet) emit a light that can “wake up the brain” and make sleeping harder, so turn them off a good hour before bedtime (phones should be charged outside the bedroom). Get your child — and your family — into habits that will make for healthy sleep all year round.

Summer is winding down; it’s time to think about school again. As you pick out new clothes and backpacks, here are four back-to-school preparations that can make a real difference in your child’s health and academic success this school year. These four things may seem basic and simple — but they are basic and simple things that not only can get lost in the shuffle (in part because they seem so basic and simple), but that can be very effective when families do them. So give them a try. You’ll be glad you did.
4
2
Plan healthy lunches and snacks. Use the end of summer to talk with your child about healthy food they can bring to school. Try out some new fruits and vegetables, find yogurts and cheese and nuts (if the school allows nuts) they like, look at recipes together, buy some containers to pack food and drinks to bring with them. If they have some time to plan with you and get excited, you may be able to avoid sending junk food and sweets.
3
Make an appealing homework place, and decide on a routine. They should have a quiet, well-lit, pleasant place to do their homework. For younger children, it should be where you can easily supervise, but not necessarily in the middle of family chaos. For all ages, the homework place should involve a desk or table, and should not be near a television. Fix the area up ahead of time, with things like a good lamp, a cup for pencils and pens and a pencil sharpener. Decide together when in the day your child will do homework (right after school, before dinner, after dinner, etc.) You can always change it up later if it doesn’t work out, but having both the space and the time in place on the first day of school gets things started on the right foot.
4
Tips
Plan activities — and downtime. It’s important that your child be active, so signing up for a team sport or other physical activity (like a martial art or rock-climbing) can be a good idea, and it can be fun to learn to do something like draw or play an instrument. Sit with your child and plan out some after school activities. Be sure that there is enough time for homework and sleep — and be sure that there is downtime every day too, as this is crucial for your child’s mental health. Your child needs time to relax and play no matter what their age. Every day there should be time that is unscheduled that your child can use in however they want. It’s time you need, too!
to get your child off to a great start

GENERAL MANAGER
First of all, I want to say thank you to all of our readers and advertisers for all of the amazing feedback we received on our July issue! We are proud to be a resource, to provide the tips and content that make living a healthy lifestyle in our area easier and more accessible but we only really know if it’s truly valuable when we hear from you. We know that our audience is evolving and so are we. We welcome ideas, content submissions, thoughts and criticism as we explore together on our healthy path to being our personal best. In this issue, we take a look at summer’s end and the start of fall and back to school through a creative lens. We have some stories about topics such as lice—yes, I said it, and I feared it until I met Jen Kilduff and the Lice Chicks who opened my eyes to what is true and what is myth, and how to deal with it and prevent it in a healthy and fun manner with no stigma attached~ We also are talking about chickens—yes, chickens, and why raising them is not just great for organic eggs, but how they devour some of the most pesky insects in our gardens and yards including: Japanese beetles, ticks, worms, spiders, etc. Westchester resident and expert Rob Robinson brings chicken raising to a new height as we learn how to integrate them into our homes and classrooms. We are having fun and hope that you are, too. Please enjoy the balance of your summer; make it meaningful and memorable. Contact us at info@healthcarenewspaper.com. Rob’s Poultry Supplies & Chicks hosts the Little Kings & Queens Day Care By Nancy Sorbella
On Friday, July 7, Rob Robinson of Rob’s Poultry Supplies & Chicks hosted a group of children from Little Kings and Queens Daycare, Inc. in Peekskill. The students and staff of this interactive learning center founded and owned by Joan Battle King in 1993 were treated to fresh popcorn while they learned about caring for the chicks that will now be raised at their school. The students got hands on instruction on how to successfully raise chickens and the many health benefits of organic eggs from Rob. They hand selected their chicks while learning about feeding, cleaning and maintaining their environment as they grow. This interactive experience will be part of the curriculum at Little Kings and Queens which is open to children from 6 months to 12 years old. The expectation is that the chickens will grow up with the children and that there will be an age appropriate experience for all of the students in the program.
After 30 years of managing his business part time, Rob, who is the Hudson Valley’s expert on chicken, duck, rabbit and quail raising is now at his shop on Crompond Road in Cortlandt Manor full time, fulfilling his lifelong dream. The shop, open 7 days a week carries everything anyone could need for raising chickens including feed, straw, heat lamps, feeders and even clothing for chickens. His patent-pending Ultimate Incubator and Ultimate Brooders are at the shop for purchase or to bring eggs in to hatch. The tiny shop is a social hub as well; Rob is so friendly and encouraging that anyone with a casual curiosity to the local farmer come in regularly for advice and to swap stories. He is also a staple at the weekly Peekskill Farmer’s Market. New shipments of over 100 varieties of chicks arrive on Fridays. Special orders can be placed on Mondays for delivery by the end of the week for chicks and supplies. Advice and encouragement available daily….for free, with a smile and bag of popcorn.

The law firm of Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, PC, achieves impressive results for clients in the areas of elder law, trusts and estates
Ely J. Rosenzveig and his son, Ariel, are proud to lead a respected elder law firm in White Plains serving families throughout the tri-state area. However, the family feel extends past father and son. The law firm of Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, P.C treats every client like family. “My dad and I are very involved in our clients’ lives, especially during difficult times,” Ariel Rosenzveig said. “We become close to them and we enjoy the relationships that we build. We value those relationships and are always attentive to our clients to help them with all of their needs. We take special pride in being there for our clients and their families through thick and thin.” Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates practices in all areas of elder law, including trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation, tax counsel, asset protection and special needs planning, Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security disability benefits, guardianships, long term care planning, Medicaid spousal recovery claims, and Medicaid lien resolutions. Father and son pride themselves on an unyielding commitment to the advocacy of their clients’ interests. Estate planning is one of the most important steps any person can take to make sure that their final property and health care wishes are honored, and that loved ones are provided for in their absence. A comprehensive estate plan can resolve a number of legal questions that arise whenever anyone dies. The firm has achieved impressive results for clients on a host of Medicaid related issues, from getting Medicaid approvals for coverage of home care and institutional care benefits, to very accommodative resolutions of Medicaid spousal recovery claims, where the office of Medicaid aggressively pursues a claim for reimbursement for Medicaid benefits provided from the non-institutionalized (i.e., or “community”) spouse.
“Our firm has a thorough understanding of Medicaid and the experience to advocate aggressively and effectively for you and your family,” said Ely Rosenzveig, who has been an attorney for nearly thirty (30) years. “It is very rewarding work and we work tirelessly for our clients.” Elder law is very important. Appropriate estate and asset-protection planning can help preserve assets, reduce taxes, and help individuals qualify for Medicaid. As you or your loved one grows older, the quality of care you receive becomes increasingly important. At some point, it becomes necessary to make plans for the future to make sure that your needs and desires are met. When this time comes, it is important to enlist the experience of Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, so the process of planning for the future is stress-free for your family. This can be critical in the process of maintaining the well-being of you or your loved one. At Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, father and son have the opportunity to help clients plan across the span of many years. Often, it leads to advising multiple generations of the family, which Ely and Ariel Rosenzveig find rewarding. Over the course of time, they help clients as their lives and needs change, from naming the guardians of their minor children in their Wills, to planning for retirement, to protecting assets when in need of a skilled nursing facility or home care. Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates builds a relationship with clients, which is built upon years of assisting them, often in difficult times in their lives, and helping them move beyond those times and provide them with peace of mind and financial security. Our firm is certainly proud to build these types of relationships with families such as yours.

Volunteers needed for Emergency Preparedness response exercise
Healthcare News - Westchester August, 2017

With all that is happening in the world today, it is imperative that our community emergency services be prepared to promptly and effectively respond to any event that may occur locally. This summer, the public safety departments of the Village of Sleepy Hollow, in conjunction with Phelps Hospital, will be conducting an emergency preparedness/emergency response exercise. This exercise will test the ability of the police, fire and EMS providers in the village, with assistance from other involved agencies, to respond to an emergency event – managing the crisis, providing care to patients, and transporting them to Phelps Hospital for follow-up care. To better simulate an actual emergency event, the exercise planners are seeking volunteers from the community to play roles in this exercise. Volunteers are needed to serve as simulated victims, concerned family members, community residents and news reporters. The exercise will take place on Wednesday, August 30, beginning at approximately 8:00 am and concluding with a complimentary lunch at about noon. Volunteers will attend a briefing in Sleepy Hollow a week prior to the exercise, on the evening of Wednesday, August 23. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old, unless accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult throughout the exercise, in which case they must be at least 13. Anyone who is interested in participating in this worthwhile effort to maintain and improve the preparedness of our community to manage crisis is asked to call (914) 3663698 or email jmeade1@northwell.edu.
Rest Easy as Medical Bills Get Paid Her body was tired, she couldn't switch hospitals her bills accumulated. Insurance had forsaken her, an estate in shambles. Find out what we did...
A woman was suffering from Stage 4 Cancer for over 4 years. She went to the same hospital and saw the same doctors throughout her illness. In 2016, state insurance coverage would no longer cover any treatments, visits or services rendered at that hospital. She went there for over 3 years without a problem. Suddenly, even with the same insurance policy, she was denied coverage at that hospital. In 2016 they would no longer accept her insurance and would not cover her going there at all. She would get bill after bill. The stress of the situation was debilitating on her and her family. Her health was deteriorating rapidly.
She was too sick to find another policy, too ill to move to another hospital, and finding new doctors at this stage was hopeless and worrisome. She reached out to Medwise Insurance Advocacy for help. The delicate balance and intricate workings between health insurance carriers, healthcare providers and the insured requires an understanding of how it all comes together.
Such an understanding facilitates the ability to detail extenuating circumstances that require exceptions and exemptions.
In practice, Medwise Advocacy is based on knowing the intimate details of the healthcare dynamic. Politicians were called. In May, the State Department of Insurance was just not helping her and by the end of August the case was still held up. Medwise reached out to the Attorney General. The woman was so scared of these bills and how her estate would affect her family, The stress continued to mount, her body started to give up and sadly, she died on Oct. 15th. Medwise continued to fight for her and the case was settled about 3 weeks after she passed. Coming in close to 1 million dollars, the hospital was paid in full. The case was put to rest because of the involvement of politicians, the Attorney General and the zealous advocacy of Medwise.
It was such a relief to her friends and family that these bills were paid. The advocacy and negotiation that facilitated a paid settlement for her medical costs eradicated unfinished business. If only the relief of settlement was felt during the patients life. Don't wait for medical bills to pile up, let's immediately negotiate a solution.

Banish your fear of lice forever!
By Nancy Sorbella
Step into the salon at 135 East Main Street, 2nd Floor in Jefferson Valley and at once the vibe is cool, fresh, friendly and fragrant. The breezy 2nd floor location feels like a hip treehouse furnished in shades of white, light blue, yellow and tangerine. The inviting waiting area has comfortable seating, activities for kids, a small shop and TV. The salon is brightly lit with entertaining activities for kids when seated one of the styling chairs. Just another hair salon? Think again. Welcome to The Lice Chicks, where all myths about lice are dispelled and fear of these tiny insects conquered. This fullservice head lice treatment salon is owned by Jennifer Kilduff and her team of experts who are certified and trained in the Shepherd Method, which carries the highest standard in the burgeoning lice eradication business. The services offered include same day, one-day non-toxic, safe and pesticide-free lice treatment, follow up, education and prevention in a stress-free environment. Head lice, including “super lice are everywhere and do not discriminate. They are also becoming more and more resistant to what were the traditional methods of treatment in the past. Nearly everyone with school-age children has exposure to or experience with lice at some point. Treatment used to include at-home toxic chemical warfare against these insidious creatures, intense cleaning of rooms in the home, hairshaving, and of course, stigma. Jennifer and her team are at once calm, peaceful and reassuring. Anxiety abated, confidence is returned to the entire family.

Part of the Lice Chicks experience is also the in-depth consultation and education about basically everything you didn’t know you needed to know about lice. For example, they like clean and dirty hair. They favor certain blood types. They can’t jump across a room onto your head. Lice need a live “host” so they won’t live on your sofa for months after you’ve sat on it; they will dehydrate and die within 12-24 hours. There is a wealth of information to arm yourself with on the Lice Chicks’ website, particularly on the FAQ tab. The Lice Chicks are just a phone call away and an appointment can be made 7 days a week. The salon’s regular hours are Monday-Sunday from 9-6. If you are unsure whether an actual lice infestation is present, the Lice Chicks will perform a head check for a small fee which is then applied to treatment cost if necessary. There is no official lice “season”. They are prevalent year around, busy during the school yeara n d busy in the summer with camps and sports. They are no fun to come in contact with but now, armed with the resources of The Lice Chicks, dread has given way to empowerment. For more information, visit www.thelicechicks.com

Healthy Back to School Habits
From packing healthy lunches to fitting in family physical activities, keep your kids on the right track this school year with these tips.
Get Active
Kicking off the school year can be a busy time, leaving little room for physical activity. These three steps can help you find time to be active as a family.
1. Keep track of how your family spends time for one week.
2. Start small. Find two 30-minute time slots when your family can be active together after school or on the weekends. 3. Get going. Try these great tips:
Eat Right
Learn the ABCs of saving calories and money when you shop for groceries to pack your kids’ lunches.
Always use ads and store bonus cards, which may offer discounts on healthy foods like fruits and veggies.
Buy produce in season to cut costs. Fall is often the best time of year to find a wide range of local produce. Compare brands and package sizes to find the best buy. Be sure to read the Nutrition Facts label on packaged food to choose products with lower numbers for calories, saturated and trans fats, sodium, and sugars.
Turn food shopping into family time after school or on the weekends! Bring your kids along and teach them to look out for healthy choices.
For more tips to eat healthy as you get back into the swing of the school year schedule, visit the We Can! Eat Right webpage at http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/ public/heart/obesity/wecan/ eat-right/index.htm.
• Walk your kids to school • Ride bikes after dinner • Play baseball • Jump rope • Shoot baskets • Dance • Walk the dog • Play tag • Rake leaves
To keep your family active this school year, visit the We Can! Get Active webpage at http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/public/heart/obesity/wecan/get-active/index.htm.
Reduce Screen Time
Kids spend a big part of their day sitting in the classroom, so you can help your children spend less time in front of the TV, computer, and video games—and more time having fun as a family—with these tips
Turn off the TV during mealtime and talk with your children about what they learned in school that day. Families who eat together tend to eat healthier.
Limit screen time to two hours each day for children 2 or older. Suggest playing outside after school and join in the fun. Turn on some music and have a family dance party.
Be a good role model. If you reduce your screen time and move more, your kids will too!

Higher Guaranteed Tax-Free Income in this Market
By Andrew J. Cavaliere, CLTC
Are you retired and need higher guaranteed income? Has the stock market and world events got you on edge? Traditional cash instruments like Money Markets and Certificates of Deposit are paying next to nothing. If you want to stop worrying about the future and need guaranteed income for life, look no further than positioning some of your money into an Immediate Annuity.
Depending on what magazines you read or who you talk to, you will hear a great deal about the advantages and disadvantages of owning annuities. But frankly speaking, most people do not understand the basic differences between immediate, fixed deferred and variable contracts. The oldest version of an annuity is the Immediate Annuity. Simply put, an Immediate Annuity is an exchange of dollars between an individual and a life insurance company. The individual deposits a lump sum of money in return for a guaranteed lifetime income often with significant tax leverage.
So what does all of this really mean? Let me explain. Suppose you are a 78 year old client with a savings account of $100,000 at a local bank. You are retired and need more income to pay your bills and live your life. So you decide to buy a 5 year CD with the local bank at 1.0% because: 12345-
You are a conservative investor You cannot risk principal You need additional income You do not want to pay fees or sales charges to a broker $1,000 of annual taxable interest is guaranteed
12345-
You are a conservative investor There are no fees or sales charges ever Instead of $1,000 of taxable income, you earn $9,723 of guaranteed income annually for life Moreover, if the deposit was in cash, $9,432 of the $9,723 is tax exempt1 In a 10% or higher tax bracket, the tax equivalent yield is easily over 10% in all years2
Why would you take that same $100,000 and buy an Immediate Annuity:
Because Immediate Annuities are underwritten and issued based upon current age and life expectancy, it is an advantage to purchase them after retirement. So individuals and couples over 70 and even 80 years of age, can negotiate extremely high guaranteed rates of return for life. In today’s historically low interest rate environment, these yields can be up to seven, eight or even ten times higher than what they are getting now in traditional banking instruments.
Client suitability is an essential part of underwriting and clients must have significant excess cash in order to purchase these annuities. The transaction will not be processed by the company if a large portion of the client’s portfolio is being transferred. The professional recommendation is to move positions that can offer tremendous interest & tax leverage for individuals needing guaranteed income with no risk for life. Moreover, Period Certain & Cash Refund riders can offer payment guarantees to heirs either lump sum or for 10, 20 and even 30 years, depending upon the age at issue. This way, in case of premature death, future payments or remaining annuity balances can be paid directly to spouses, children and other beneficiaries.
Sound too good to be true? Well, it is and these numbers are real. But the client needs to understand that the original deposit into the Immediate Annuity is an irrevocable transfer to the life insurance company and there is no future access to the original investment during their lifetime. Here again, maximizing guaranteed income needs to be the primary goal of the client’s financial plan, and modest amounts of capital can be contractually guaranteed for a very competitive income for the rest of the client’s life through the use of Immediate Annuities..

“Back Pain Technology Cheats Mother Nature
After helping hundreds of Westchester County herniated disc sufferers eliminate their pain, Local Doctor explains how…
Helps Herniated Discs Heal Naturally… In As Little As 25 Minutes!”
At Last! Westchester County Doctor Offers Technology That Doesn’t Just End SEVERE Pain From Herniated Discs, But Helps Your Body To Start Rebuilding Them… As Fast As Humanly Possible! Best Part: You can check it all out for FREE if you like! There is no doubt… technology has made all of our lives better… and easier. Just about every miraculous medical cure and comfort of modern living can be attributed to amazing breakthroughs in technology. Heck, laser eye surgery can give people who are almost as blind as a bat perfect 20/20 vision. How amazing is that? That’s why it’s no surprise that technology might be able to solve your back and neck pain from herniated/bulging discs or sciatica… for good. Here is why: Back and neck pain can be devastating. And nothing is worse than going to doctor after doctor… trying treatment after treatment… spending money you can’t afford… and still suffering in pain. That’s why… I bet you would love to instantly end your pain… without any risk what-so-ever… and have it never come back for the rest of your life? Well, that might NOT be so easy. But, what if there was a wonderful advancement in technology that, with a handful of simple, non-invasive treatments, could possibly have you out of pain and on your way to healing naturally? Better yet, what if this technology could possibly heal your herniated/bulging discs (instead of cutting it out like surgery) so you have the best chance to live pain-free and do all the things you want and love to do? And what if this technology was: • FDA cleared! • Proven safe and effective! • Allows your herniated discs to heal naturally without the risky and dangerous side effects of surgery! • Relieves pain fast… in some cases in as little as 25 minutes! Well, guess what? There is such technology and there is a very good chance it can help you… like it has alof ready helps thousands herniated/bulging disc and sciatica sufferers all around the country… No Matter How Bad Your Pain Is, How Long You’ve Been Suffering Or How Many Other Treatments And Doctors Have Failed You! Don’t laugh. It’s really true. Here’s proof…
When you have a herniated disc, compressive forces cause your spinal bones to come together… basically squashing your disc. The space in between your bones decreases and the soft, jello-like disc material leaks out. This disc material that leaks out is called a herniated disc and can cause severe pain, numbness and tingling in your neck, back, arms or legs when the herniation pushes into and “pinches” a nerve. So it makes sense, if you could slightly pull the spinal bones apart… that would open up the space, take the pressure off the disc, the disc off the nerve and solve the problem. Right? But the only problem is… how do you do that? For years and years, doctors have been trying to do it with traction. But traction has been proven ineffective and often very painful. Why? Traction doesn’t work because when you have a herniated or bulging disc, the area is injured and when you try to move, your muscles go into spasm. Spasm is your body’s way of trying to protect you from causing further injury. That’s why traction hurts so much. As soon as the traction starts… your muscles overprotect the area and spasm. But the good news is: Now there is technology that out-smarts your body’s natural spasm reaction. In other words: It fools mother nature! This technology is called nonsurgical spinal decompression (NSSD) and here’s how it works… NSSD is very different from plain traction because it has advanced computer technology that actually senses your spinal muscles. When it starts to gently pull, it immediately knows when your muscles start to contract and it stops pulling. As soon as your muscles relax, it starts pulling again. The amazing thing is: the computer senses your muscles contraction so early… you don’t even feel what is going on. Which means you never feel any pain! In fact, the only thing most patients feel is… RELIEF!!! But the best part is: NSSD is able to gently separate your spinal bones which, in many cases, actually sucks the herniated disc material back into the disc where it belongs! This takes away your pain and allows your herniated and bulging discs to heal naturally!
And check this out: Treatments are pleasant and simple. All you have to do is lie on your back, listen to your favorite music, read a magazine… or… take a nap! The wonderful technology does everything while you simply RELAX the pain away! To sum up NSSD: • For most patients it is 100% painless… in fact many patients actually fall asleep during treatment! • Works fast! Most patients get relief after a handful of treatments – some after the very first! • Is non-invasive so it does not have the dangerous risks of surgery! • Gets to the root cause of the problem and helps it heal naturally! Isn’t modern technology wonderful? And wouldn’t you like to… Give This Great Technology A Try… For Free? If you would, there’s great news. There is a Doctor located at 222 Westchester Ave. Suite 405 in White Plains who has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in this wonderful technology and has been treating herniated/bulging disc and sciatica patients with incredible success. His name is Dr. Jonathan Donath DC, MS and he is so excited about the results he’s been getting, he would like to share it with as many pain sufferers as possible. But There Is A Catch… There’s always a catch... isn’t there? Even though this technology has helped a majority of the patients Dr. Donath has treated… it is not a wonder cure and it does not help everyone.
On the right: healthy disc. Center: Herniated disc with soft disc material leaking out. On the left: Herniated disc material compressing or “pinching” nerve.
For that reason, Dr. Donath does a complete examination on every potential patient and only accepts you if he feels you are most likely to get the pain relief and outcome you are looking for. Dr. Donath’s Special Deal For You! Because the economy is so bad and Dr. Donath wants to help you if possible, he is offering the first 17 people who respond to this article a free consultation and NSSD qualification examination. And if you qualify for NSSD treatments, Dr. Donath will also give you one treatment for FREE! And if you do not qualify, Dr. Donath will help you find the best option for you. That’s why, if you suffer with pain from a herniated/bulging disc or sciatica you should call 914-259-8104 right now. When April answers the phone, simply tell her you would like your free non-surgical spinal decompression consultation and examination. If you are one of the first 17, she will schedule you within the next few days. If you are in a lot of pain or already scheduled for surgery, tell April and she will be sure to get you in immediately. Maybe even today.
On right: Herniated disc with spinal bones “squished” together. Center: NSSD slightly pulls the spinal bones apart, opens up the disc space and allows herniated material to move back into the disc. Left: Herniated material completely back in center of disc allows the disc to heal naturally. Your consultation and examination should take about 60 minutes. During this time you can get all of your questiones answered in a warm and friendly environment. You will know exactly what’s causing your pain and the best possible way to solve it. Dr. Donath will explain to you all your possible options along with his recomendations so you can make the best choice for YOU.
Why Limited To 17? Dr. Donath has limited the number he will accept right now to 17 because he does not believe patients should wait and they should also get the quality personal attention they deserve. When you go for your free visit, I’m sure you will see how unique and pleasant the experience is. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not a number or based on insurance coverage. It’s also nice to know exactly what’s causing your pain and how to relieve it as fast as possible. Dr. Donath’s favorite cases are the one’s that were able to cancel back surgery after only a handful of treatments. Dr. Donath also loves when a herniated disc patient that is in excruciating pain and thinks they’ve tried everything, lays down on the NSSD table, takes a 25 minute nap… and… wakes up with all their pain GONE! Just imagine how it would feel to have all your pain finally gone. Imagine going to bed and being able to sleep the entire night through… … and waking up refreshed and energized… ready to take on the brand new day – without the pain and stiffness that has been terrorizing you. And imagine finally knowing you have the solution to your herniated disc pain. Well, you may not have to just “imagine” anymore… because… NSSD might start relieving your pain… in just 25 minutes! So, if you’d like to see if you qualify and give this amazing technology a try for free… give April a call at 914259-8104 right now. Why wait one more day in pain when the solution may be one quick phone call away? Call now before someone else gets your free spot. One More Thing It’s Important… Ever since getting this wonderful technology, Dr. Donath’s office has been flooded with calls. For that reason, if when you call, the lines are busy or you go to voice mail… just keep calling back. The possibility of living pain-free is well worth the time and effort it may take you to get through and schedule your appointment. 914-259-8104
