Astorino: Dads play critical role for children, families PAGE 4
June, 2017
County Executive Robert P. Astorino kicked-off Westchester’s Third Annual New York Fathering Conference with a message for dads: Juggling all of the responsibilities of work, life and parenting is difficult, but children need proper role models to succeed. It’s vital for our children, families and communities, he said. “By being here today – by getting up early and devoting our day to this conference – we’re sending a powerful message. We’re saying that fathers are important,” Astorino told the crowd of several hundred people in attendance at the Westchester County Center. “Fathers play a critical role not only for our children and families, but for society at large. And we’re saying that we’re ready to learn, become better dads, and be the positive role models our children need. That is an important message.” This year’s theme was “Ready to Work: Navigating Home, Job and Community,” and included an array of inspiring speakers, experts and fathers who have turned their lives around. The day-long program included 21 workshops on topics such as job retraining, hiring trends, navigating government programs, men’s health and wellness, parenting skills, and ways to better engage fathers, many of whom face issues like poverty, imprisonment, drug and alcohol abuse, lack of an education, teenage pregnancy or a host of other challenges that often lead to children being raised by a single mother with no father present. The keynote speaker was Mike Brady, president and chief executive officer of Greyston, a leading social enterprise organization known for its world-renowned Greyston Bakery that provides employment opportunities for everybody, regardless of one’s background or work history, so that they can help people get back to work, overcome obstacles and lift people out of poverty.
Healthcare News - Westchester
Greyston, for example, employs a model of partnership, collaborations and goal-setting to help their workers succeed not only on the job, but in life. “We’re only concerned with what people can do in the future. We’re not concerned with their past.” As president of Greyston Bakery in Yonkers for four years, Brady drove strategic business development with long-standing partner Ben & Jerry’s and with new partners such as Whole Foods Market. During this time, the Bakery realized nearly 100 percent revenue growth and became New York State’s first registered Benefit Corporation. Brady recently took responsibility for all Greyston’s programs and businesses, including Workforce Development, Community Gardens, Housing, Health Services and Early Learning Center.

“We’re all on a path,” Brady told the crowd. “We may be on different paths, but we should all be helping each other to be successful on that path.”The event was organized by the New York Fathering Conference Planning Committee, which is a collaboration of government and nonprofit leaders. The conference is part of Astorino’s ongoing #DadBeThere fatherhood initiative. The goal is to target the full spectrum of fathers, from those who are present in the home to those who are not. One of the highlights of Astorino’s fatherhood initiative is the R.E.A.L. Parenting Program, which is helping participants to find and keep employment, manage their child support payments, improve their parenting and relationship skills and most importantly, to be the positive role models their children and families need. Spearheaded by the Department of Social Services
and developed with the state Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance and others, the centerpiece of the R.E.A.L. Parenting Program is that the county will cut the debt dads owe to DSS as they successfully complete specific milestones. To learn more, visit www.westchestergov.com/dadbethere. In Westchester County, approximately 50,000 children live with a single mother and have no father present. Roughly one-third, or 16,000 children, live below the poverty line. This county program is aimed at reversing the tide, and setting up the circumstances where men can work together, succeed and be there for their children and families. “We can’t thank single mothers, grandparents, extended families and foster families enough,” Astorino said. “But the role of a father is vital to families and to making our communities stronger.”

Westchester Fairfield Go Red For Women set for June 2nd in Rye PAGE 8

Healthcare News - Westchester
Keynote by ABC News Reporter & Best-Selling Author Mara Schiavocampo
Heart disease and stroke cause 1 in 3 deaths among women each year – more than all cancers combined. But the American Heart Association (AHA) is seeking to change that with prevention and awareness through their Go Red For Women Luncheon, set for Friday, June 2nd from 10AM to 2PM, at the Hilton Westchester in Rye. Tickets are available online at http://westfairgoredluncheon.heart.org/. The Go Red For Women Luncheon begins with a morning health and wellness exhibition featuring local health professionals. Also on tap is networking, inspiring survivor stories, and a keynote address by Mara Schiavocampo, an ABC News correspondent and author based in New York. She reports for many ABC News programs and platforms. Schiavocampo is a two-time Emmy Award-winning journalist, covering major news stories, including the Boston Marathon bombing, Hurricane Sandy, the Occupy Wall Street protests, the Gulf oil spill, the Haitian earthquake, and the 2008 Presidential election. In her best-selling book, “THINspired” she shares personal journey of losing 90 pounds after the birth of her daughter. The goal of the Go Red For Women Luncheon is to educate women about the facts of heart disease, and the healthy benefits of prevention, lifestyle changes, and advocating for oneself. Far too many women still don’t know that heart disease is their number one health threat, and they’re not acting aggressively enough to prevent it, nor getting help fast enough when symptoms arise. An estimated 44 million women in the U.S. are affected by cardiovascular diseases, and 90% of women have one or more risk factors for heart disease or stroke. The good news is 80 percent of cardiac and stroke events may be prevented with education and action. Small, incremental changes to lifestyle can go a long way in preventing these leading killers. Quitting smoking, exercising at least 30 minutes per day, maintaining a healthy weight, and eating more fruits and vegetables can help prevent heart disease and stroke. More information is available at GoRedForWomen.org and at this year’s Go Red For Women luncheon. The American Heart Association’s year-round efforts to fight heart disease in women locally include National Wear Red Day in February, the Morgan Stanley Go Red Women’s Leadership Breakfast, the Go Red For Women® Red Dress Collection™ Fashion Show presented by Macy's, Circle of Red women’s group, company and community-based awareness events, and the annual Go Red For Women Luncheon. Go Red For Women is sponsored Nationally by Macy's, and locally by Signature Sponsor, Stamford Health. Other sponsors include Greenwich Hospital, Morgan Stanley, New York-Presbyterian, Fuji Film, White Plains Hospital, Buzz Creators, Healthcare News, Professional Women of Westchester, WHUD, Westchester Magazine, and ABC7. Tickets and event information are online at http://westfairgoredluncheon.heart.org/.
About the American Heart Association The American Heart Association is devoted to saving people from heart disease and stroke – the two leading causes of death in the world. We team with millions of volunteers to fund innovative research, fight for stronger public health policies, and provide lifesaving tools and information to prevent and treat these diseases. Medical Insurance Advocate Adria Goldman Gross Looks at America’s “Modern Medical Money Maelstrom” in Eye-Opening Greenburgh Report Interview
(PRWEB) In a recent interview on The Greenburgh Report radio show hosted by Greenburgh, NY Town Supervisor Paul Feiner and broadcast on New Rochelle, NY-based WVOX (1460 AM), leading medical insurance advocate Adria Goldman Gross discussed several eye-opening issues that have combined to create what she calls the country’s “modern medical money maelstrom.” During the interview with Mr. Feiner, Ms. Gross, the CEO and founder of MedWise Insurance Advocacy and author of the acclaimed book “Solved! Curing Your Medical Insurance Problems,” highlighted that:
• An increasing number of people are going bankrupt due to excessive medical billing. • In many cases, people are being vastly overcharged -- yet have no idea. • Contrary to popular belief, only about half of doctors working in specialized hospitals accept any type of health insurance. • People whose coverage is provided by a self-insured corporation, and who seek non-emergency health care from an out-of-network provider, can wind up with bills that are dramatically higher than they expected.
• People with insurance need to proactively find out what their insurance company is going to pay – because while many companies use Medicare rates as their baseline, some use lower Medicaid rates. • Hospitals are notorious for over-testing, which translates into bills that are far higher than necessary. • People should compare the procedure code for each item that appears on their bill with the Medicare Fee Schedule, in order to discover the customary charge. Armed with this data, they can make an offer to their provider that will be accepted in the majority of cases. • When it’s safe to do so, people should choose urgent care rather than going to the hospital, where the bills are going to be tremendously higher. • When going to the hospital is unavoidable, people should try to take a relative or friend with them, and ask them to take meticulous notes of the doctors involved and what they do. • Many hospitals aren’t telling people if they’re admitted as an inpatient or outpatient under observation. If it’s the latter, they aren’t covered for Medicare Part A, which includes hospitalization and medication.
More information on Ms. Gross is available at http://adriagross.com, and more information on her company MedWise Insurance Agency is available at http://medicalinsuranceadvocacy.com.

The law firm of Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, PC, achieves impressive results for clients in the areas of elder law, trusts and estates
Ely J. Rosenzveig and his son, Ariel, are proud to lead a respected elder law firm in White Plains serving families throughout the tri-state area. However, the family feel extends past father and son. The law firm of Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, P.C treats every client like family. “My dad and I are very involved in our clients’ lives, especially during difficult times,” Ariel Rosenzveig said. “We become close to them and we enjoy the relationships that we build. We value those relationships and are always attentive to our clients to help them with all of their needs. We take special pride in being there for our clients and their families through thick and thin.” Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates practices in all areas of elder law, including trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation, tax counsel, asset protection and special needs planning, Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security disability benefits, guardianships, long term care planning, Medicaid spousal recovery claims, and Medicaid lien resolutions. Father and son pride themselves on an unyielding commitment to the advocacy of their clients’ interests. Estate planning is one of the most important steps any person can take to make sure that their final property and health care wishes are honored, and that loved ones are provided for in their absence. A comprehensive estate plan can resolve a number of legal questions that arise whenever anyone dies. The firm has achieved impressive results for clients on a host of Medicaid related issues, from getting Medicaid approvals for coverage of home care and institutional care benefits, to very accommodative resolutions of Medicaid spousal recovery claims, where the office of Medicaid aggressively pursues a claim for reimbursement for Medicaid benefits provided from the non-institutionalized (i.e., or “community”) spouse.
“Our firm has a thorough understanding of Medicaid and the experience to advocate aggressively and effectively for you and your family,” said Ely Rosenzveig, who has been an attorney for nearly thirty (30) years. “It is very rewarding work and we work tirelessly for our clients.” Elder law is very important. Appropriate estate and asset-protection planning can help preserve assets, reduce taxes, and help individuals qualify for Medicaid. As you or your loved one grows older, the quality of care you receive becomes increasingly important. At some point, it becomes necessary to make plans for the future to make sure that your needs and desires are met. When this time comes, it is important to enlist the experience of Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, so the process of planning for the future is stress-free for your family. This can be critical in the process of maintaining the well-being of you or your loved one. At Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, father and son have the opportunity to help clients plan across the span of many years. Often, it leads to advising multiple generations of the family, which Ely and Ariel Rosenzveig find rewarding. Over the course of time, they help clients as their lives and needs change, from naming the guardians of their minor children in their Wills, to planning for retirement, to protecting assets when in need of a skilled nursing facility or home care. Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates builds a relationship with clients, which is built upon years of assisting them, often in difficult times in their lives, and helping them move beyond those times and provide them with peace of mind and financial security. Our firm is certainly proud to build these types of relationships with families such as yours.

A record-setting turnout as BCW celebrates 15th year of honoring entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community
Nearly 700 people were on hand as the BCW celebrated its 15th year of the Business Hall of Fame by honoring six companies for their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community. The recordsetting event was held April 25 at the Harbor Club at Glen Island in New Rochelle. The 2017 award winners were:
Corporate Citizenship- Montefiore Health System
Entrepreneurial Success- Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate/Rand Realty
Family Owned Business- Levitt-Fuirst Associates LTD
Small Business Success- Leason Ellis, LLP
Women in Business- Valerie Wilson, Valerie Wilson Travel
Chairman’s Recognition- DeCicco & Sons
The annual awards dinner, which is considered one of the most prestigious business events of the year in Westchester, had a family theme this year as four of the six businesses honored started as small, family-owned companies. Videos presented told the story of companies that started from inspiration and grew through teamwork and family pride. Valerie Wilson of Valerie Wilson Travel, Inc. and winner of the Women in Business Award, described how her company, now one of the top privately owned travel consulting firms, started with a simple idea to serve the affluent business traveler. Wilson thanked her daughters for believing in her and helping her to realize her dream. John DeCicco Jr., who accepted the Chairman’s Recognition Award, said family pride had helped Frank DiCicco, Sr. open the first supermarket in Pelham 40 years ago and it had also helped the sons build the business over the years, eliciting applauds when he introduced his grandfather who traveled from Italy for the ceremony. Jason Schiciano of Levitt-Fuirst Associates, Ltd., winners of the Family Owned Business Award said that it was rare to find a third-generation business such as theirs in this day and age. The firm started in 1969, when David Levitt and Ken Fuirst combined their two family-run insurance businesses and opened their first office in Mount Vernon. Today they are one of New York’s most respected middle market independent insurance agencies serving large worldwide manufacturers, as well as local businesses. While not a family-owned business, Leason Ellis LLP started from humble origins, when partners David Leason and partner Edward Ellis, started as a two-man law firm in White Plains with the idea that intellectual property law would be a burgeoning field. Leason Ellis is now among the largest intellectual property law firms in New York, managing global patent, trademark and copyright portfolios and litigating intellectual property disputes for clients of all sizes, including Fortune 100 corporations. Although a titan compared to the small, familyowned businesses honored throughout the evening, Montefiore considers itself a people-and-employee first institution, said CEO Steven Sayfer who accepted the Corporate Citizenship Award on behalf of the healthcare giant, which is affiliated with White Plains Hospital, Sound Shore Medical Center and Burke Rehabilitation Center in Westchester. Safyer said that Montefiore was honored by the award, which he considered recognition of, not only Montefiore’s clinical excellence, but its commitment to patient care and employee satisfaction. He said he accepted the award on behalf of the “35,000 people who make things work day to day, doing it right.” Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino congratulated the businesses on doing their part to boost
the local economy by creating some of the more than 44,000 new private sector jobs created in Westchester over the past seven years. “You don’t just do a great job in your respective businesses. You put food on the table for a lot of people. Thank you,” he said. Marsha Gordon, BCW President and CEO, congratulated the winners and said that the awards represented the breadth of the Business Council’s membership. “Westchester’s Business Hall of Fame is a much “sought-after” and coveted award that has truly become part of the business fabric of Westchester’s business community,” she said. About The Business Council of Westchester: The county’s largest and most influential business membership organization, The Business Council of Westchester is committed to helping businesses market, learn, advocate and grow. The different types of cosmetic lasers PAGE 18
June, 2017
Healthcare News - Westchester
Lasers have revolutionized the beauty industry, providing significant results with minimal invasiveness. Essentially, lasers work by penetrating pigment within the skin or hair with a wave of light. Different lasers with various wave lengths target different pigments. Some lasers focus on brown pigment, also known as melanin. Penetrating the melanin in the skin can minimize the appearance of dark spots. Penetrating the melanin in the hair can destroy the hair follicle. Some lasers focus on red pigment, penetrating blood vessels, capillaries or acne scars. Other lasers penetrate the skin to create micro sized wounds, stimulating the body’s renewal response to generate new collagen. This collagen production can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. the different types of cosmetic lasers: Cosmetic lasers come in a wide variety, distinguished by their wave length and their mode of delivering the laser. Lasers can also be modified when combined with other elements, such as gases, precious stones and metals.
ablative v non-ablative lasers Ablative lasers focus on the outer layer of skin, creating micro wounds on the surface. Non-Ablative lasers pass safely through the outer layer of skin, penetrating the tissue lying beneath. The recovery time following a non-ablative laser treatment typically takes a few hours to a few days, depending on the specific treatment and intensity of the procedure. In comparison, Ablative lasers require a longer recovery period, anywhere between 3 to 10 days.
what is a fractional laser? Fractional lasers significantly reduce the recovery time by penetrating the skin in micro pinpoints, as opposed to the ablative and non-ablative laser that sweep over the treatment area. Two popular laser treatments using fractional lasers are Clear + Brilliant and Fraxel.
Clear + Brilliant is a gentle laser used for skin resurfacing. Clear + Brilliant is perfect for treating superďŹ cial skin conditions such as ďŹ ne lines and wrinkles, minor sun damage, or melasma. Clear + Brilliant is also commonly used as a preventative measure to maintain healthy, youthful skin.
Fraxel Laser Skin Resurfacing is the ideal treatment for skin conditions that require a more aggressive laser. Fraxel works by safely penetrating the skin to promote collagen production and to break up the pigment that forms brown spots from sun damage.
alexandrite This laser uses a green gem to create a wavelength that can penetrate a red spectrum. Alexandrite is used to treat blood vessels. It can also be used for laser hair removal and tattoo removal.
co2 lasers: Gas is used in the Co2 laser to generate and infrared light from an ablative laser. Co2 lasers are commonly used for laser skin resurfacing. erbium: Erbium uses a white metal to produce an infrared laser. Erbium lasers are commonly used for minimizing the appearance of scars and for laser skin resurfacing.
ipl IPL lasers generate a wave length of Intense Pulsed Light to penetrate both red and brown pigment. The IPL laser is popular for people who want to simultaneously treat brown spots and inflamed blood vessels.
nd:yag The Nd:Yag laser uses a crystal to produce near infrared light. This laser is commonly used to reduce the appearance of brown spots. It is also ideal for laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal.
pulsed dye: The Pulsed Dye laser produces a yellow wavelength of light that penetrates red pigment, ideal for reducing the appearance of blood vessels or acne scars. qswitched: The QSwithched laser produces short pulses of intense light. This laser is used to treat discoloration and tattoo removal.
picosecond Like the QSwitched laser, the Picosecond laser produces short pulses of high intensity light, used to removal tattoos and treat skin discoloration.
what is the typical recovery time for a cosmetic laser treatment? Recovery times can vary significantly between the different lasers. Skin type and condition can also influence the rate of healing. Typically, laser hair removal has the shortest recovery time of a few hours. Laser treatments used to reduce the appearance of blood vessels may leave a red mark that usually takes a few hours to disappear. Laser treatments that treat brown spots may take a week to fully heal.
does cosmetic laser treatments hurt? Because laser cosmetic treatments are minimally invasive, the procedures are usually pain free. If a cosmetic treatment requires deep penetration with an ablative laser, your laser technician may apply a topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort during the procedure.
how much do laser cosmetic procedures cost? The price of different laser treatments are spread out on a wide spectrum. Laser skin treatment costs depend on the type of laser and the condition being treated, a cosmetic laser procedure can run you anywhere from a couple hundred dollars to a couple thousand.
which type of laser treatment is most ideal for me? Not only is the type of laser determined by your skin type, skin condition, and specific treatment, the application of the laser, such as the speed of the laser, is customized to meet your needs as well.

Why Whole Life insurance is still the best choice. By Andrew J. Cavaliere, CLTC The answer is quite simple. Whole Life insurance is the only permanent life insurance product on the market with a guaranteed premium, guaranteed death benefit and guaranteed cash value to age 120. Let me say that again in case you missed it the first time. It is the only permanent life insurance product on the market with a guaranteed premium, guaranteed death benefit and guaranteed cash value to age 120. How can that be…?
First, term life insurance by design is not a permanent contract. It clearly has a beginning and an end. In fact, did you know that only 1.8% of all term life insurance death benefits are paid to their beneficiaries?1 Do you know why…?
Most insureds are unable to maintain term life coverage because of the following:
➢ Originally inexpensive term life annual renewable premiums become exponentially expensive at advanced ages so insureds are forced to drop the coverage.
➢ When the existing term life insurance contract expires and the individual has become uninsurable due to a serious chronic illness, the insured can no longer buy new coverage.
A s k A n
➢ In NYS, term life policies non-renew at age 80 so the insured can no longer secure coverage.
Second, for the last ten years, Universal Life (UL) insurance policies have gone under changes that are making them less attractive in my humble opinion. Many carriers are no longer offering the “No Lapse” or “Secondary Guarantee” Rider. What does “Secondary Guarantee” mean…?
Universal Life insurance has historically been a non-guaranteed product. It was originally designed as a more competitive version of permanent Whole Life insurance. The cash value of the universal life contract is solely based upon current interest rates and there is no annual dividend. Often, due to poor design and underfunding, these policies can run out of money in later years and lapse when you need them the most. To circumvent this scenario, the carriers added what is known as a “No Lapse” or “Secondary Guarantee” Rider (ULSG) at a premium. This rider effectively guarantees the death benefit of the insured to age 120 even if there is zero cash value in the policy, provided the insured makes all the scheduled premium payments and does not borrow against the contract. So what has changed…?
In July of 2005, the National Association of Insurance Commissioner’s (NAIC) Actuarial Guideline 38 (AG 38, also known as Regulation XXX), became effective. It requires all insurers to hold greater reserves on both new and some existing no-lapse UL policies. The increased financial obligation as well as the ongoing negative effects of this historically low interest rate environment, is hampering the life insurance companies who depend upon earning an interest rate spread and substantial long-term growth on their reserves. Many actuaries simply no longer feel confident that they can cover these liabilities with the existing lower profit margins.
The majority of carriers that have decided to continue to offer these products do so at a much higher premium. So when you compare these new higher UL premiums and their corresponding policy benefits with a similar Whole Life policy, the answer is clear that Whole Life remains the superior product.
In summary, if you are contemplating purchasing permanent life insurance for yourself or for your children, and are undecided between unparalleled guarantees versus lower premiums, the answer is really not that difficult. The old adage still holds true… ‘you get what you pay for’.

“Back Pain Technology Cheats Mother Nature
After helping hundreds of Westchester County herniated disc sufferers eliminate their pain, Local Doctor explains how…
Helps Herniated Discs Heal Naturally… In As Little As 25 Minutes!”
At Last! Westchester County Doctor Offers Technology That Doesn’t Just End SEVERE Pain From Herniated Discs, But Helps Your Body To Start Rebuilding Them… As Fast As Humanly Possible! Best Part: You can check it all out for FREE if you like! There is no doubt… technology has made all of our lives better… and easier. Just about every miraculous medical cure and comfort of modern living can be attributed to amazing breakthroughs in technology. Heck, laser eye surgery can give people who are almost as blind as a bat perfect 20/20 vision. How amazing is that? That’s why it’s no surprise that technology might be able to solve your back and neck pain from herniated/bulging discs or sciatica… for good. Here is why: Back and neck pain can be devastating. And nothing is worse than going to doctor after doctor… trying treatment after treatment… spending money you can’t afford… and still suffering in pain. That’s why… I bet you would love to instantly end your pain… without any risk what-so-ever… and have it never come back for the rest of your life? Well, that might NOT be so easy. But, what if there was a wonderful advancement in technology that, with a handful of simple, non-invasive treatments, could possibly have you out of pain and on your way to healing naturally? Better yet, what if this technology could possibly heal your herniated/bulging discs (instead of cutting it out like surgery) so you have the best chance to live pain-free and do all the things you want and love to do? And what if this technology was: • FDA cleared! • Proven safe and effective! • Allows your herniated discs to heal naturally without the risky and dangerous side effects of surgery! • Relieves pain fast… in some cases in as little as 25 minutes! Well, guess what? There is such technology and there is a very good chance it can help you… like it has alof ready helps thousands herniated/bulging disc and sciatica sufferers all around the country… No Matter How Bad Your Pain Is, How Long You’ve Been Suffering Or How Many Other Treatments And Doctors Have Failed You! Don’t laugh. It’s really true. Here’s proof…
When you have a herniated disc, compressive forces cause your spinal bones to come together… basically squashing your disc. The space in between your bones decreases and the soft, jello-like disc material leaks out. This disc material that leaks out is called a herniated disc and can cause severe pain, numbness and tingling in your neck, back, arms or legs when the herniation pushes into and “pinches” a nerve. So it makes sense, if you could slightly pull the spinal bones apart… that would open up the space, take the pressure off the disc, the disc off the nerve and solve the problem. Right? But the only problem is… how do you do that? For years and years, doctors have been trying to do it with traction. But traction has been proven ineffective and often very painful. Why? Traction doesn’t work because when you have a herniated or bulging disc, the area is injured and when you try to move, your muscles go into spasm. Spasm is your body’s way of trying to protect you from causing further injury. That’s why traction hurts so much. As soon as the traction starts… your muscles overprotect the area and spasm. But the good news is: Now there is technology that out-smarts your body’s natural spasm reaction. In other words: It fools mother nature! This technology is called nonsurgical spinal decompression (NSSD) and here’s how it works… NSSD is very different from plain traction because it has advanced computer technology that actually senses your spinal muscles. When it starts to gently pull, it immediately knows when your muscles start to contract and it stops pulling. As soon as your muscles relax, it starts pulling again. The amazing thing is: the computer senses your muscles contraction so early… you don’t even feel what is going on. Which means you never feel any pain! In fact, the only thing most patients feel is… RELIEF!!! But the best part is: NSSD is able to gently separate your spinal bones which, in many cases, actually sucks the herniated disc material back into the disc where it belongs! This takes away your pain and allows your herniated and bulging discs to heal naturally!
And check this out: Treatments are pleasant and simple. All you have to do is lie on your back, listen to your favorite music, read a magazine… or… take a nap! The wonderful technology does everything while you simply RELAX the pain away! To sum up NSSD: • For most patients it is 100% painless… in fact many patients actually fall asleep during treatment! • Works fast! Most patients get relief after a handful of treatments – some after the very first! • Is non-invasive so it does not have the dangerous risks of surgery! • Gets to the root cause of the problem and helps it heal naturally! Isn’t modern technology wonderful? And wouldn’t you like to… Give This Great Technology A Try… For Free? If you would, there’s great news. There is a Doctor located at 222 Westchester Ave. Suite 405 in White Plains who has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in this wonderful technology and has been treating herniated/bulging disc and sciatica patients with incredible success. His name is Dr. Jonathan Donath DC, MS and he is so excited about the results he’s been getting, he would like to share it with as many pain sufferers as possible. But There Is A Catch… There’s always a catch... isn’t there? Even though this technology has helped a majority of the patients Dr. Donath has treated… it is not a wonder cure and it does not help everyone.
On the right: healthy disc. Center: Herniated disc with soft disc material leaking out. On the left: Herniated disc material compressing or “pinching” nerve.
For that reason, Dr. Donath does a complete examination on every potential patient and only accepts you if he feels you are most likely to get the pain relief and outcome you are looking for. Dr. Donath’s Special Deal For You! Because the economy is so bad and Dr. Donath wants to help you if possible, he is offering the first 17 people who respond to this article a free consultation and NSSD qualification examination. And if you qualify for NSSD treatments, Dr. Donath will also give you one treatment for FREE! And if you do not qualify, Dr. Donath will help you find the best option for you. That’s why, if you suffer with pain from a herniated/bulging disc or sciatica you should call 914-259-8104 right now. When April answers the phone, simply tell her you would like your free non-surgical spinal decompression consultation and examination. If you are one of the first 17, she will schedule you within the next few days. If you are in a lot of pain or already scheduled for surgery, tell April and she will be sure to get you in immediately. Maybe even today.
On right: Herniated disc with spinal bones “squished” together. Center: NSSD slightly pulls the spinal bones apart, opens up the disc space and allows herniated material to move back into the disc. Left: Herniated material completely back in center of disc allows the disc to heal naturally. Your consultation and examination should take about 60 minutes. During this time you can get all of your questiones answered in a warm and friendly environment. You will know exactly what’s causing your pain and the best possible way to solve it. Dr. Donath will explain to you all your possible options along with his recomendations so you can make the best choice for YOU.
Why Limited To 17? Dr. Donath has limited the number he will accept right now to 17 because he does not believe patients should wait and they should also get the quality personal attention they deserve. When you go for your free visit, I’m sure you will see how unique and pleasant the experience is. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not a number or based on insurance coverage. It’s also nice to know exactly what’s causing your pain and how to relieve it as fast as possible. Dr. Donath’s favorite cases are the one’s that were able to cancel back surgery after only a handful of treatments. Dr. Donath also loves when a herniated disc patient that is in excruciating pain and thinks they’ve tried everything, lays down on the NSSD table, takes a 25 minute nap… and… wakes up with all their pain GONE! Just imagine how it would feel to have all your pain finally gone. Imagine going to bed and being able to sleep the entire night through… … and waking up refreshed and energized… ready to take on the brand new day – without the pain and stiffness that has been terrorizing you. And imagine finally knowing you have the solution to your herniated disc pain. Well, you may not have to just “imagine” anymore… because… NSSD might start relieving your pain… in just 25 minutes! So, if you’d like to see if you qualify and give this amazing technology a try for free… give April a call at 914259-8104 right now. Why wait one more day in pain when the solution may be one quick phone call away? Call now before someone else gets your free spot. One More Thing It’s Important… Ever since getting this wonderful technology, Dr. Donath’s office has been flooded with calls. For that reason, if when you call, the lines are busy or you go to voice mail… just keep calling back. The possibility of living pain-free is well worth the time and effort it may take you to get through and schedule your appointment. 914-259-8104
