SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND The SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND is developed for mobile positioning of the MULTIMATCH work lights in the detailing workshop. It makes it easy to move the light to where you need it, and at the same time you avoid uncomfortable and heavy lifting from one workplace to the other. It is fast and easy to position the work light on the SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND, and when mounted the light can be tilted to provide the optimum beam angle. When the job is done it can easily be put aside. The SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND is extendable from only 0.7m up to 1.9m which gives you complete flexibility to position the light in the requested height. To provide illumination for the work on the side of the car the low working height is particularly useful. The 3 wheels are sturdy and of high quality and roll easily even on uneven surfaces. 2 of the wheels are lockable to secure a safe and fixed position. The SCANGRIP WHEEL STAND is made of durable and sturdy powder coated steel for both indoor and outdoor use.

The SCANGRIP TRIPOD is extendable from only 1.35m up to 3m which gives you complete flexibility to position the light in the requested height. When mounted on the tripod the light can be tilted to provide the optimum beam angle. The stable construction of the SCANGRIP TRIPOD makes it safe even when fully extended. SCANGRIP has made protection vice jaws for more than 50 years. Now, we are proud to present the next generation in a new, improved design offering great impact resistance. The new MAGNEFIX vice jaws provide a firm, yet gentle grip and will be the choice of all demanding and proud craftsmen. The profile of the MAGNEFIX jaws is right-angled and surfaceparallel suitable for all vices including machine and thus intended for use both in production and assembly. MAGNEFIX jaws are equipped with an extremely powerful magnetic strip which easily attaches the jaw to the vice and ensures a rapid setup. The magnetic strip is only magnetic against the vice jaws and will not attract debris or fillings to the clamping surface nor magnetize the clamped parts.

Each of the 6 different MAGNEFIX types offer various clamping abilities and are useful for different kinds of work. The jaws can also be used in combination. For instance, for taper pins or thin walled tubes use N or P together with G. For irregularly profiled parts with one flat surface use F on the flat surface and G on the profiled side.

For multipurpose applications The MAGNEFIX prism vice jaw is designed for multipurpose application offering efficient clamping and protection of the workpiece at the same time.

Clamping with only one protective jaw For thread cutting it is recommended only to use one prism jaw to avoid destroying the jaw. The vee-groove will align the workpiece and the serrations of the opposite vice jaw will keep it from turning

90° recess in the top to hold flat bar stock while marking out or centrepunching

Horizontal vee-groove with an angle of 120° for clamping of pipes and other round workpieces

3 vertical vee-grooves with angles of 100°, 120° and 130° respectively for clamping of pipes and other round workpieces

POLYURETHANE JAWS Unique clamping abilities

The jaws are manufactured from the special flexible polyurethane material which has a shore hardness of A82. Polyurethane is known for its unique abilities to â&#x20AC;?bite ontoâ&#x20AC;? the work piece without damaging or scratching it. At the same time, polyurethane is so flexible, that it returns to its original shape after deformation.
