Provide the Easy Solution - Ad Copy Template 1 Show your offer/product’s key benefit can be done by first reminding or giving your audience the solution they are looking for. Ad copy has a strong conversion when it is used to highlight the “painful process” of getting to the final solution, before telling your audience that they can achieve it much easier with your product (or service)/offer. Use an example of social proof and BOOM!
Template If you want (solution), you’ll have to (painful process). Or do you really? (Stat/Example/Social Proof) who’ve achieved (solution) in just (time frame) without (painful process).
Example
If you want to grow your business, you’ll have to invest a lot of money in it. Or do you really? Over 30 clients have grown at least 11% in ROI year-to-year without spending more than $600 a month… …click below to find out how you can grow your business, too.

Short & Sweet - Ad Copy Template 2 The length of your ad copy is a great element to test out. To test for something short, this is a great template. Shorter texts need to convey quality ad copy to ensure maximum success. When done well, your audience’s attention will be captured, driving a call-of-action to happen by your audience!
Template See how/Discover/Learn (TARGETED STAT OR SOCIAL PROOF: name your target audience demographic) defeated/overcame/got rid of (PROBLEM) in (TIME PERIOD)
Example Discover how 500+ men grew out their beard in just 7 weeks of this special treatment…

Template Problem in question format Benefit Authority/Social Proof/Stat Benefit Urgency
Example Killing your body muscles at the gym, but still struggling to lose weight? (Problem in question format) Drink X aims to boost your metabolism, making you lose weight 3x faster than any other product in the market, while helping with muscle aches. Visual Thinking - Ad Copy Template 4 People love to visually think. Before selling or pitching a product, make high conversions by introducing a future benefit or idea in their heads. The best approach to do this is to use a powerful WORD: imagine. Real Estate agents use this trick… think back to when you were looking for an apartment or a house? Didn’t they ask you to ‘imagine’ yourself in each room? Didn’t it work? Yep. You can do the same with your products and services.
Template Imagine (Benefit/Solution) Imagine (Benefit/Solution) Imagine (Benefit/Solution) Realization, pitch + call to action (stat or social proof, if extra meat is needed)
Example
Imagine waking up to the view of the ocean for a month. Imagine walking around on the beach and your big sunhat. Imagine a stress-free time to relax and restore your energy. That could be your next vacation. Book your beach trip with one of our agents today.

Did you know? - Ad Copy Template 5 One of your main goals with your ad copy is to instantly draw your audience in and keep them reading to the end until they respond to your call-of-action. The classic ‘did you know…’ questions captures readers into your copy, giving it a much higher chance of converting into a click. There are a number of ways you can use this template (paragraphs, single call-to-action sentence or paragraphs). Below is a simple template that can be adapted into any format after the ‘did you know’ opening question.
Template Did you know (PROBLEM OR FACT ABOUT INDUSTRY)? FACT (relating to the ‘Did you know’ question) BENEFIT and SOCIAL PROOF/STAT CALL TO ACTION
Example Did you know that research says about 50% of ALL online searches will be performed with voice search by 2020? That’s HALF of all online searches being made through voice. Find out how to stay ahead of the market to rank your business with voice searches and grow profits with our SEO specialists. Show your audience that you are really there to listen to them. What’s your weakness? - Ad Copy Template 6 This one is a cool trick. Watch this. You know that no product/service appeals to EVERYONE. That means that you can definitely identify a weak spot in your product/service somewhere. Your prospects might already have an identified worry/weakness in their mind before even reading your ad copy, that’s why using your weakness might have POWERFUL effects… especially when it’s used to call-out a specific part (dark corner) of your market. Warning: make sure to be careful with this ad copy template. If you do it wrong, it might have the reverse effects.
Template Highlight product/service weakness. We know. Justify weakness with benefit or strength Call-to-action (with benefit highlighted)
Example We are a little more expensive than 70% of all other Mediterranean food brands in town. We know. That’s why our food tastes better and you leave our restaurant with a good memory. Click here to make reservations.

Limited Time Offers - Ad Copy Template 7 Limited time offers have a powerful impact on a human’s brain. People want to avoid missing out on stuff. That’s where the manipulation starts. This ad copy uses the need to be urgent to grab the attention of your audience, before backing it up and selling your product/service. When people see EVERYONE else getting benefits from a limited time offer, urgency can have a much more powerful effect. Urgency + social proof together = powerful impacts.
Template LIMITED/URGENCY SOCIAL PROOF LIMITED/URGENCY + CALL TO ACTION
Example Our 30% OFF sale ends at midnight TONIGHT! Be one of the 500 local happy customers who can’t stop coming back for just ONE MORE ITEM! This deal ends in a few hours… can’t come to the store? Shop online.
