OUR MISSION

Ben’s Garden is committed to producing high-quality, beautiful products that are a unique addition to a variety of retailers. Driven by our passion for design and illustration, Ben’s Garden strives to deliver products that will impact the stationery and gift world. Upholding a value for excellence in every detail, we are deliberate in each method of design and production. The majority of our products are produced locally and each one is inspected by hand for quality by our in-house assembly team. With an aim to foster lifelong customers, we are intentional in our efforts to expand our collection and provide the highest level of service for our retailers.

BECOME A RETAILER

To be considered as a retailer please send us the following information:

1. Store name and city, state, region

2. Brief description of your store

3. 3 photos of your space

4. Online stores, include web link

PAYMENT

Payment can be made credit card. By default, payment details are tokenized for security, remain on-file and all payments are processed at the time of shipment. Exceptions will cause shipment delay and may cancel an order.

Backorders

Once an item becomes available, we will ship it out immediately, unless directed otherwise by phone or email.

Shipping

All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and shipment charges will not exceed 15% of your order value. Domestic carriers include FedEx, UPS and USPS; shipments are fully insured by the carrier. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Ben’s Garden cannot be responsible for any carrier delays. Any duties, customs fees, surcharges or damage incurred are the responsibility of the retailer and carrier.

Cancellations

All changes to your order be submitted by phone, fax, or email within 24 hours of your order submission. Order reductions or cancellations reported after 24 hours, will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported by phone, fax, or email within 5 days of receipt. We do not accept returns. All merchandise is final sale.

Exclusivity Rights

We pride ourselves on being great partners with our retailers. Simply said, we protect retailers by zip code, by product category. For a copy of our zip code protection agreement, please email hello@bensgarden.com
