SOYBEAN CULTIVATION MICROENTERPRISE STRATEGY FOR FOR DEVELOPMENT RURAL GHANA

MICROENTERPRISE STRATEGY

SOYBEAN CULTIVATION FOR DEVELOPMENT FOR RURAL GHANA

Summary With the predominant goals of creating an enabling environment for microfinance, providing livelihood to community members and improving nutrition, we propose a project to train farmers on soybean cultivation in Okushibri, Appolonia and Kpoiete, Greater Accra, Ghana. At the end of the project, community farmers will have the ability to mix-‐crop soybeans with tomatoes allowing the future consumption or sale of soybean and soy by-‐products.
