Forrest Hill Muff
enter their 23rd Season with club They have just ticked over 400 games for the Club and are still going strong. Forrest Hill Muff ply their trade in the Men’s 4th Division. They currently sit 3rd in the grade. Over the years the team has seen the Club go through many changes including the Clubrooms burning down and being rebuilt. They can usually be found out on the deck providing their best Statler and Waldorf impressions. There are still 2 originals from the very first season who make appearances. Muff is the only player to appear in every season and has played in excess of 300 games for the team and thus the Club.
The Team List ....
The team was originally set up by Muff to provide some cricketers something to do during the winter. The teams seems to have gone the full cycle as they currently have a current Auckland Aces cricketer, an international cricketer for the Dutch, a former 1st Class cricketer and several Premier cricketers. Over the years the team has enjoyed considerable success winning their grade on multiple occasions and twice doing the League and Cup double. Andy Boyens 3. Nick Smith Luke Burgess 4.
