quality stainless steel vessels made to order
At HSM we take pride in the expertise we have developed over more than thirty years in stainless steel tank manufacturing. We are based in Auckland and are capable of delivering our services to industries nationwide, as well as internationally. Whilst tanks, vessels and silos are our core business, we are able to offer a wide range of supplementary engineering, fabricating and precision profile cutting services to our clients as well as on-site installation of our products. Our purpose built factory in Penrose is the largest tank manufacturing workshop in Auckland with the ability to produce tanks of up to 500,000 litre capacity. This flexible manufacturing capability enables us to cater for almost any requirement, including tanks, pressure vessels and silos for bulk liquids, powders and grains. We are able to include any specification for agitators, insulation requirements and dimple jacket heat exchangers for temperature control and chilling.
OUR TEAM At HSM we pride ourselves on our flexibility, working to meet each customer’s individual requirements cost effectively, on time and with a high quality end result. Our experienced team is keen to help with developing initial designs to create the most costeffective solutions for our clients’ needs. We can manufacture from CAD files or develop drawings from your ideas. Our team of inhouse CAD designers, engineers and skilled tradesmen are experienced in working from the start of the process right through to final installation to ensure that quality is closely monitored throughout.
